énonè, as the name implies, it is a restaurant...and it is not ... just a restaurant. A place to get together, for a clientele that wants to combine the taste of good wine with genuine and never dull foods. An activity that would like to propose its own p
We were glad to have stumbled on this place. Everything from beginning to end was superb - the attentive service, the main dishes (including surprisingly good potato rosti 'pizza') and dessert. They have a wide ranging menu that also caters for gluten free and vegetarian palates - a truly welcome break from the usual monotonous pasta/pizza fare. We had a delightfully refreshing tomato soup, light and tasty, without being salty. Even the organic wine was surprisingly good. Deserves a repeat visit.

Bel lavoro!

Andrea and Carla with 26 years of experience thanks to 'farm property in Gubbio, decided to revive the historic restaurant. Comes the "Locanda del Morlacchi", the rich and careful menu refers in fact both the flavors of Umbria like black Norcia truffle, p
After pouring through the Trip Adviser reviews we found Morlacchi which was located relatively close to where we were staying. Walking up to the front door the street was empty and felt lonely. This feeling soon disappeared when we entered the Locanda and were directed to the terrace on the floor below. We had booked and were shown to our table beside the balcony wall and the view was superb. Dark had set in and the view of the buildings and lights through the trees was breath taking. Service was excellent and we were soon drinking our complimentary prosecco and tasting the complimentary black rice, speck and orange zest morsel. Then it was on to first course - carbonara with truffles for me and risotto al lime for my partner. Both were amazing. Then I had the lamb with vegetables while my partner had the filet of pork with prunes and roast potatoe. By the time we had finished these two courses plus an excellent bottle of Barberra DâAlba from up north we had no room for dessert but we watched some wonderful concoctions delivered to other tables. All in all a great night out.

"AL TARTUFO"is a small restaurant with cozy lounge located in the historical center of Perugia, just behind the cathedral. "al tartufo" is the only restaurant where you can add that fresh truffles of the season in any dish!"Al tartufo's Cuisine are based
It was our first meal on our first day in Perugia and we were not disappointed. I have not had much truffle but the education the waiter gave us and what type goes with which dish was superb. My steak was very good. I think they should insist on having a veg side ad itâs heavy food. Only 4 * due to it being quite expensive. We will go back on next visitThank you so much!we hope to see you again, best regardsAL TARTUFO

The simplicity of the home-made pasta, the fresh and genuine flavours from Umbria make special the cuisine of our restaurants. Once seated in the cozy dining room or in the enchanting covered terrace, admiring a wonderful view on the countryside, you can
The restaurant is sort of semi detached to the hotel. It is in the old cellars/stables and reached by a 20 metre walk from the main buildingI was left with the impression that the hotel is abandoning its restaurant. The photo above on this page shows tables with table cloths - you no longer get a table cloth. There are very fancy plates that restaurants use when trying for Michelin stars, but the food no longer is in that leagueHowever it is moderately priced, which helps if you are staying in the hotel, and finding another restaurant in the area is not possible. The service is a bit lackadaisical, and the waiters don't really seem to have their hearts in their job. It is all a bit odd , as the hotel is done to a high standard, and is aiming at the top of the market.

We ate here two nights in a row ere whilst staying upstairs in the hotel. The food was wonderful - fresh, locally sourced, and delicious! Service is relaxed, and Silvia and Arek look after you very well. Good variety of exceptionally prepared and traditional Italian dishes on the menu and a very extensive wine list too. We'll be back!

Ristorante Deco offers a nice setting for a summerdiner in its garden. The restaurant mainly offers fish. Quality of the meals (I went three evenings) differed very much. Excellent fresh fish in on course, however also dishes covered with an excessive cover of bread-crumbs. The selection of open wines for this kind of restaurant is limited.

Culinary excellence combined with art and culture. By "excellence" in the kitchen we mean: the choice of raw materials, a purely seasonal menu, constant variability of the winery's menu and distillates of the highest level and a brigade of professionals t
TL;DR - absolutely amazing food (both well-presented and superbly tasty), and service to match. The owners of the restaurant dropped us off to our hotel which was 7 miles away!Full review - My girlfriend and I walked to this restaurant from the airport: a precarious and poorly-planned journey. However, it was worth it for this institution. The owner greeted us at the door, took our coats and bags, and sat us at a table surrounded by gorgeous art. We enjoyed a selection of olive oils served with bread como antipasti: the owner and waiter came with six bottles of olive oil from all over Italy, ranked them from lightest to strongest and explained their origin. We sampled each with bread. The last bottle was especially stunning as it was handmade from their house in Sicily, with a refreshing taste that I did not know was possible to infuse into oil. For mains, I tucked into a sumptuous monkfish dish, whilst my girlfriend enjoyed a gingery fish soup, both of which were beautiful. My dish was served with an alcoholic pumpkin-like sauce, broccoli pieces, mozzarella slices, watercress, bacon cooked to perfection and dried currants - flavours that I would never have dreamed of combining, but worked so well that I have decided to try and duplicate them at home. The winelist was complex and rich, and too daunting for me, so I asked the owner to choose us a nice, deep red. His selection was predictably excellent. Finally, we asked the owner for the best way to reach the city centre. He conducted some research, informed us of train and taxi options, but then came to the decision to drive us and our luggage to the hotel. I was simply awestruck by such kindness. This is the best dining experience I have ever had outside of my own country. I cannot recommend it highly enough. The menu changes monthly.
