Situated at the yacht club, just at the lake shore this restaurant offers good food. The owner should smile a little bit more often to reduce the little bit stiffness of the atmosphere. Otherwise quite enjoyable

Friends introduced me to this small restaurant underneath Plön Castle. What a delight. A cosy location with excellent food and service complemented by live music (singer with guitar accompaniment) on the night we attended (Saturday). The place was packed out on our night. A great venue, a local gem!

We came here after a long bike trip around the lake. The cuisine is modern Italian and all dishes were great: Spaghetti Alio Olio, Vitello Tonnato, Pizza, Mozzarella, Spaghetti al Tartufo. Prices were very competitive and service excellent. Recommended.

We had just returned from a boat trip on the see, it was an extremely hot day, so refreshments was the order of the day. Just along from the boat docking pier is the "Seeprinz" restaurant. I have been visiting Germany for about 50 years and I just love to sit on a veranda/patio over the see, and dine. We ate and drank some excellent food and beer, the service was excellent, as is the case in most restaurants in Germany. The atmosphere was great. We will try and visit this restaurant again.

friendly staff and a great eat at reasonable prices. Due to the fact that every local and every visitor know about this restaurant, the place is always busy and full. I recommend a table reservation if you would like to dine between 1800 and 2000 o'clock where the place is at its busiest

Really cozy restaurant, well decorated (rare in Germany) with a good service. The meals were simple but delicate and made with good products. The menu seem to change and adapt according to the season or the available products and doest not contain too many items (quality over quantity). We also tested a mojito cocktail and it was delicious. We will definitly go back.

Really good ambiance with a modern decoration and a very nice service.I took some antipasti first, I couldn't eat one because it was a mixture of cream cheese with orange, but the rest was very good. Then I ordered an ox goulash (very good) with a gratin of sweet potatoes that I couldn't eat because there was orange in it (why?). For the dessert, I ordered a crème brûlée (and specifically asked if there was any orange in it) and nonetheless there was the orange taste again. Why not keep this simple and not put orange everywhere?
