I had looked forward to visiting here after reading a great write up in an airline inflight magazine! We originally booked in to eat but the service just serving drinks was so bad that we cut our losses and left. My husbands drink was spilt and no effort was made to clean the sticky mess around the glass, the staff were more interested in sitting at the bar chatting than serving drinks, even though we sat looking at them with empty glasses, and then to top it all off despite the waitress on arrival telling us it was Happy Hour, they gave us a Bill with no discounted prices. When we queried this she said it was only for certain cocktails when in fact all four of us had heard her just say Happy Hours on Cocktails. One of the staff came over and tried to offer us all a free drink rather than just give us the Happy Hour Price that we were offered originally, but by this time we were fed up and leaving. They missed out on a Food Bill simply because of their shocking service. Perhaps we were just there on an âoff nightâ but i wouldnât rush back.

I have been worked in Phuket at least 4 years but I did not know where it is. I knew this restaurant because of my friend recommend. I surprisingly for the food and presentation. The wild rocket salad was excellence, Lamb, Carb Spaghetti as well.This is very small but cozy. We dined at OSAT for dinner. We tried a 4 chese pizza, chicken wings and spaghetti carbonara. All was very nice. Beers are reasonably priced along with the meals. The owners and staff are friendly and interesting to talk to. There is a modern industrial decore inside the air-conditioned dining area. Would recommend this restaurant ad would come again.

My husband and I have visited Phuket a few times over the last 6 years.One of our favourite places to eat is O-Oh.So much choice of healthy, tasty and beautifully arranged food. The free tasty breadsticks and beetroot dip really get your appetite going!We especially love the lemongrass and mango salads. We miss and hunger for them when we are back home.We love the friendly, smiley staff. We have eaten here often, and are always impressed by the engaging and helpful ethos. This time we were served by K Quin who was a joy to meet and be served by.We would recomend this place to everybody!!!!!!!!Already looking forward to our next meal there.Regi & Dwayne

Wanted to initially visit a similar restaurant but was told that one is temporarily closed so ended up with Flavor. All was good except for the pumpkin soup which our daughter found a bit too sweet (she is used to Scandinavian flavor which is less sweet, but each to his/her own taste). Steak tatar, garlic prawns, Salmon lasange, stewed lamb, snapper filet and belgiam chocolate cake ewre good, however, one could wish for 1 or 2 more desert options. Will be back!

I dropped by on a late afternoon for a beer (cos it was a freaking hot day) and to satisfy my cravings for tom yam goong. Both the beer and the soup made me a lot more comfortable and happy after a flight and a long car ride. The restaurant is very quaint and cosy and cute in its little way. The restaurant owners were friendly and staff were helpful! As far as the tom yam goong was to me, it was authentic and excellent!Thank you very much for your visit and the review in Trip Advisor. We popped in for dinner at Surf & Turf last night after reading its reviews, and it did not disappoint. The meat melted in the mouth, was cooked to perfection and the service was impeccable. We ordered the beef tartare and beef tacos for entree, followed by the Surf & Turf (steak cooked rare) and the super crispy skinned sea bass. All the dishes were amazingly good, and the pannacotta for dessert was light and beautiful. As we ate relatively early at 7pm, we had the restaurant to ourselves before it began to fill up, and the level of service was that of a fine dining experience. Attentive, friendly, professional and welcoming. Highly, highly recommend.
