Nice place. Kitchen is open before other resturants.Just 2 minutes from the Alberguie. The food is good. Quite a wide menu.Reasonable prices.Only problem was the two children rolling around the floor, insisting that the TV channel be changed to suit them. Children shouldn't be in a bar at any time.

Rooms were small & cosy, though furnishings & facilities were sparse. Food was good (see photo). Continental breakfast was fine for me though those expecting eggs or full breakfast were disappointed. But can be fixed for extra charge. We were hoping to have an early start on Camino walk but there was no flexibility to the 8am breakfast. Staying in the main building can pose a hazard if a quick exit is needed. The doors are well bolted from within & it is too dark to see where the exits are.

PulperÃa Casa Camiño Restaurant, located on the Camino de Santiago, opens its doors to the public in June 2014 with the purpose of offering its clients - pilgrims, tourists, travelers and the neighbors of Palas de Rei and district - the best traditional c
Not many options as vegetarians. They were nice and offered us spaghetti with tomato sauce instead of Bolognese sauce. It was ok.I ordered mixed salad, which most of its contens were tinned: tuna, corn, white esparagus. Only the lettuce and tomatos were fresh. Was hardly ok.

Our most especial experience during our Camino to Santiago de Compostela, this beautiful Stone house turned into a Restaurant- Lounge- Pub, with Life-music shows most everyday during summer season mades pretty easy to find some spanish traditional life music on your camino the day you pass trough Palas de Rei. We found here all our camino expectations fulfilled, as free tapas with our drinks, while we enjoyed Flamenco guitar and Singer performances, and when we couldn't ask for more the owner surprised us with his own performance, cooking infront all of us his enormous woodfire made Paella that we enjoyed for dinner.DON'T MISS the sunset views from their amazing terrace!!
Sconsigliatissimo.
