I would have never imagined to find such a delicious place in a sports club. But its not surprise when you speak with the owner and cheff of this nice restaurant. Manfred has been in so many fine places that any plate made by him will explode in your mouth like a flavor festival! And the best thing is that you can (and should) try the Deutsche specialties he has! Spëtzle mit sauce, gefülltes Schnitzel, maultaschen, Rostbraten mit Zwiebel!!! Everything! We ended going every single day there when we were in the area! Great service and outstanding cuisine!!!Dear Sergiovicke,Thank you very much for your great ranking and review. It was a pleasure to learn about your complete satisfaction and that you are thrilled about our swabian specialties.Your complients to the head chef are much appreciated and we hope to welcome you back very soon to share more flavor festivals and positive experiences.Kindest regards,Manfred EflerOwner

This is a Greek, German cuisine restaurant which also serves some excellent vegetarian dishes. The ambience of this place is homely and warm. The service was excellent. The food was well prepared and was served in an attractive manner. This is one of my best eating experience in Germany.

If you want to know what the locals eat and wish to enjoy a higher-quality meal, this is the restaurant for you. The staff is very attentive and friendly. I eat at Schupfnudel every time I visit Nürtingen, which is annually, and I have never been disappointed. My hosts from the university choose this restaurant because it's cozy and we can sit there for an entire evening without being pressured to consume--which is one thing I really like about European restaurants. No one brings you the check unless you ASK for it. On my recent visit I enjoyed some outstanding venison. The wild boar soup consomme was also delicious. My friends raved about the goose, which is in season in November. The desserts are also really tasty. Be sure to taste Spätzle, a Swabian pasta specialty, as well as Maultaschen, a ravioli-like creation that usually comes in a soup. The ambiente is pleasant, with modern art prints and light wood decor. The restaurant is smoke-free. Unfortunately, occasionally smoke from the bar wafts into the restaurant.
We had an excellent lunch at the Pflum. Thery offer inside and outside seating. They were busy for lunch with many locals. We were the only tourist. The food and service was very good. The chef brought on food as the waitress was busy at another table.

Twice I have been in here now, always a great friendly service. Food is very good, mans a nice range of lagers, a two minute walk from the best western hotel. Would highly recommend!

Especially in the summer it is quiet nice to sit outside and enjoy the great German food and the beer from the micro brewery included in the restaurant. The staff is friendly and quick.

Another visit to Belsers: I said it before, the atmosphere is relaxed and very friendly, this had been repeated. The attitude at Belsers is the key. Cool chic environment combined with very good cuisine and friendly, relaxed service - triggers all boxes for me.Wine list is good - one very slight remark: they brought the Sauterne about 15 mins before the foie gras, so the wine was not cold any more, but the taste still excellent.Food just excellent. love it.

The place is extraordinary, because of cuisine, the service and the spectacle, the team performes for the guests. The booking is essential and it's really worth driving couple of miles to spend exceptional evening there. The portions are large and considering the fact, that usually there are some free extras, added by the restaurant, limit yourself at the ordering the number of meals. The seafood and fish are fresh and delicious and the price reasonable, like for such a good dinning.

This is my third trip to the Nurtinger Keller. I make it a usual stop when visiting family in Nurtingen. The location and building are both historic, so it is a must eat if in the area. Although a great location, the food and service are what makes this place. They have daily specials plus the menu. If you just read English, no worries, they have English menus. The meals are great, and whatever you get ask for the salad the dressing is so good, yogurt based, but very good. Good beers and after dinner drinks, they have a wonderful Grappa, give it a shot. Nurtingen is a quaint German town that I love visiting, right on he Neckar river and is an outdoor and bicycling paradise. The Nurtinger Keller is a must stop if in the area. Ranked number one by TA, and deserving of the rating for sure!
