This restaurant is plain and simple - not brimming with ambience but does good food. Set up to cater for hoards of people in summer, we were lucky to dine there quietly in May with only two or three other tables occupied. The parmigiana I had was definitely home made and lovely and the pizza my husband had was done properly - wood oven - nice crispy base and fresh toppings. The waitress was helpful and very polite. I imagine it is very child friendly for families. Nice house red. Prices very reasonable.Dear Customer, thank you for your kind opinion, we are happy that you and your Husband had a good dinner in our restaurant and that you like our the plain style and the food.Best regardsThe staff

Located on the beach offers its guests local dishes and seafood specialties.
Having chosen the restaurant based on its location - set right above the beach at the rocky end with glorious views over the sea, plus a shady terrace - we did not expect too much - just as well! I always look forward to proper pizza in Italy but this could have been served up by any UK 'tratt' - doughy and far too much cheesy topping. No choice of wine - asked for red, expecting to get a wine list and got a bottle! Service was mediocre. Having said that, a table of four were clearly regulars and having a great time with the (other) waiter! I'd go back, but just for a drink to enjoy the view.

We visited Lido di Noto in late October and it was closed. Literally. Scirocco was the only restaurant we could find for lunch that was open. Fortunately it has a good pizza and pasta menu and free tables. The waiter was helpful and the food and wine were good. Seek it out in the closed season or even during the tourist season

Store inside an organic farm. For a relaxing break between land and sea tasting the products of our garden.
After a long drive down a rutted dirt track, you arrive at this wonderfully designed complex. The rooms are beautifully designed- really stylish. This also goes for the restaurant/bar areas. However, it is isolated. The staff (co-owner) (Vivienne?) were charming and deserves every success

We sat in the shade on beautiful Corso Vittorio Emanuel to enjoy a light lunch. A glass of Sicilian white wine, followed by another, set the scene and we ordered two salads to share, one with Mackerel, capers and Cherry tomatoes, the other with orange, olives and anchovies. Both were delicious and at 8 Euros a bowl, good value and very different from the run of the mill green salads. Service was efficient but a little irritating that they charged 2 Euros a glass extra from the wine I ordered. However, I didn't intend to get into discussions with the waiter so simply paid up, minus leaving a service charge that would have equated to the 8 Euros they charged extra for the wine anyway. I would happily eat lunch at Cassaro again but check the bill and raise any concerns as once bitten............

Beautifully located on the main piazza in the gorgeous town of Noto, we went for lunch at the Opera. Our waiter - Stefano if I remember correctly - greeted us warmly and was very helpful in assisting us. We were after typical sicilian specialties. His recommendations did not fail us. We started off with a mixed antipasto and a caponata with a warm foccacia. I am normally not a bell pepper fan but this caponata changed my mind on peppers. It was delicious. Then we had a typical pasta alla norma - again here jackpot. Our waiter also recommended us to try a signature pasta from the restaurant. It was a filled pasta with pistachio sauce. Another marvellous surprise. In a nutshell, our overall experience was fantastic and a real trip to local cuisine. Highly recommend it when in Noto.

This restaurant caught our eye as we wandered around Noto. The Sicilian tapas looked interesting and it was really busy and had a great vibe.Fortunately a table was available and we had cocktails and a lightish dinner with drinks. The Sicilian tapas was interesting, the wild fennel croquettes were particularly good. I had a horse burger which was delicious. The cocktails and wine were very good, but the beer menu was absolutely epic.

We booked via the fork and benefited from the 20% discount on our bill which was very reasonable.Pizza was well made, with whole meal flour so healthier than normal and the spaghetti that my wife had was good and al dente.Only reason we give 4 stars is the decor lacks colour, itâs very white and could benefit from some vibrancy. Also donât sit near the front door which has a very irritating squeak when it is opened/closed.Limited vegetarian options but the grilled vegetables are tasty.Friendly staff as well

Situated in historical centre of Noto in the beautiful via Nicolaci. Menu: Antipasti, Primi piatti, Salads, Piadine, Bruschette, Crepes, Taglieri artigianali, fruit salad, smoothies, juicers and granite with local and tropical fruits.
We had vegan Bruschetta, a Wrap and a Salad and everything was just perfect, fresh and delicious. If you are in Noto, you can't miss it!

Food excellent Service excellentManna has both indoor and outdoor seating. My recommendation is to book one of the outdoor tables to not only view some of the Noto nightlife but also for the sheer charm of the location Everything we ate was excellent. Pasta, seafood, dessert.
