Hört sich ganz nett an, trifft es aber nicht. Die Bedienungen (alles Damen) laufen zwar in viel zu kleinen Lederhosen norddeutscher Prägung herum ( in Oesterreich wird man keine einzige Dame finden, die sich in ein solches Kleidungsstück zwängen würde), sonst ist es ein ganz normales, friesisches Lokal.Die Speisenkarte ist gut sortiert, jeder kann etwas finden. Wir hatten ein sensationelles Bürgermeisterstück (=Tafelspitz) und Kasspatzen ( langweilig, trocken ). Insgesamt also ein durchschnittliches Abendessen.Empfehlenswert ist es, zu reservieren. Insgesamt ein typisches, auf Touristen ausgelegtes Restaurant in das man gut gehen kann. Als Betreiber würde ich mir das mit den Sepplhosen nochmal überlegen: sie sind wirklich nicht österreichisch und wirken lächerlich.

This excellent fish restaurant is located directly opposite the Amrumer Yacht Club/harbor. Seating can be inside or outside with a very good wind protected area. The menu offers an excellent choice of fish and meat dishes. All the dishes are freshly prepared and according to the menu you can order special fish dishes in advance. The fried potatoes and salads are tasty and substantial. The "Yachthafentappas" as a starter is outstanding. Our fish was done to perfection. A good choice of German wines was also available. Very friendly staff. We definitely will visit again!

Home-style cooking, local produce and local recipes, very friendly service. Make sure you try the prawns; they are tiny, and very tasty.

Traditional restaurant serving local/seasonal food. We opted for the pasta with mushrooms, which was nice enough, but nothing special I could not cook at home. The service staff were friendly, all wearing the colours of the German National soccer team. Nice little touch. The dessert menu did not look to exciting, hence we did not order anything. Overall a nice enough experience, but not for rushing back the next day.

Me and my friend loved the sea view from the restaurant. The staff was very friendly and the food was delicious. We visited this restaurant many times during our trip to Amrum. Definetely recommend this place!

We love this restaurant. Excellent food. Very fresh and stylish presented. Great choice of wine to drink in the restaurant but also to buy and take home. Nice location at the beginning of the beach at Norddorf. We prepared inside seating especially when it is a bit windy. Great service.
