Very attentive service Great wine selectionMain dishes of osobuco, lamb ragout met the markStarters and soup were tastyFlexible to add ingredients to tasteDo check the billAmazing ambienceMemorable courtyard filled with historyMust visit in AnsbachDear guests,we are very happy that you visited our restaurant and that you felt comfortable. Your honorable words as well-traveled guests are appreciated and incite us. Unfortunately while we created the invoice a mistake happened. Using the touch screen your invoice accidently showed a position which belonged to the table next to you. We are very sorry and we apologized already. To realize such mistakes - which, we are happy to say, do not happen very often - each guest receives a computerized invoice with all positions to doublecheck. Fortunately you recognized the wrong position immediately and you received a new bill before you payed. We would be delighted to see you again in our house.

Gasthof Blumenthal, south of Nuremberg, near Spalt, is a destination in itself! Prepare to be welcomed as family by the family owners and friendly staff whether you've been coming here for years or just discovering for the first time. The menu offers Bavarian fare and more and includes seasonal daily specials. Come with a good appetite as the servings are generous. Many of the beers are locally brewed. There is also an extensive wine and drinks list featuring regional wines. All in all, a five-star experience. Thank you!

Fresh Breeze behind Old Walls: Ansbach was not even named in 11th Century, when the Ground Walls of Schwarzer Bock had been erected. This very important piece of Ansbach history with Centuries of Hospitality keeps the flame burning for us to keep the old
I have eaten here many times and each time the food was superb. It is rare when I find a restaurant that truly inspires me to return. I have had Roulades, Wurst, Shaufele, and other dishes. All were cooked perfectly. As good as they were the sides were just as good and complimented the main dishes well. The service is always great. The waiter explained dishes in detail and was always accommodating. It is my "Go To" restaurant in Ansbach! Thank you so much for reviewing our restaurant!
