We reached the restaurant around 7:30pm, and it was a quiet Thursday evening with only 3 other tables occupied (total of 10 tables in the restaurant).Ordering was straightforward as they have an English menu, although the servers don't speak English, we managed to communicate to each other. The crepe dough is 100% organic flour and its crispy on the outside but soft in the inside. Very great crepes! We ordered a salad to share, and each of us have our own crepe. For the dessert, their crepes are slightly softer (not so crispy).I highly recommend this place!Thank you very much for your avis.I'm happy to see you soon in this restaurant. The Direction.

This is an absolute gem of a restaurant! Japanese-French fusion, expertly done by chef Kunihisa Goto. The service is impeccable and watching the staff work the room like a perfectly choreographed ballet is a joy. Each dish was exquisitely presented and inventive. We had the Wagu beef for our main and it was out of this world! The wine that es recommended to accompany it was perfect. I cannot recommend it highly enough. It is quite pricey, possibly because of its location but also, we went a la carte. A menu dégustation was about 80 euros each without wine. But well worth it as you get all the amuse bouches and mignardises etc. Go soon as I am sur Mr Goto will soon be awarded his second Michelin star and youâll be lucky to get in! Outstanding.

A group of 13 traveled from Fontainebleau to L'Anneau de Mallarme. The food was very good, the setting beautiful and what really was great was the friendly service. We were a group coming from all over the world (no French people) and we felt so at home. I hope I can visit again, especially in the summer months to enjoy that beautiful terrace on the river.Hi, Thank you so much for your comment. We hope to see you next time you will be in Fontainebleau

Very relaxed and great food. Table for eight overlooking river - swans, bubbling waters, clinking of glasses. Meals range from steaks medium/rare to grade salads to salmon. Started with rustic duck pate and a goats cheese salad, excellent. Wine and beers did not disappoint. Despite a full house we got prompt and personal service. Shout out to my dessert: the Colonel, a citron sorbet with lime zest served on a wine glass with vodka - amazing. Great atmosphere in top location. Sociable tables on our night added to party atmosphere. Tip: talk to neighbouring tables, even in broken French. So welcoming.

Flamed Alsatian tart
We stopped in Moret during a cycling trip and happily found this restaurant near the tourism office. The staff were very friendly and the food was delicious. The chef has a small kitchen which is open and you can see him making the dishes fresh. We both had salmon salad (a la rose I think?) - it was fabulous.

I have lived in Brazil, so of course I came for the feijoada, and was not disappointed! The staff were super friendly, and even spoke english to me (my french has a strong american accent). To start, the pulpo salad-amazing! fresh, with tons of fresh octopus-delicious! then came the feijoada-with rice and fresh veg, great sauce...wonderful! The whole time watching the chef prepare the meal in the open kitchen, one could tell he is passionate about his food! Sorry, cant tell you about desert, too stuffed! Totally recommend! I am coming back to this beautiful village, and to this resto very soon!

I've been living in Moret sur Loing for 6 of the past 12 months.Time to try out this local place for dinner I thought.Small and cosy. Some cd's instead of the radio would warm the place even more.Prices are average for France. The food was of good quality and value for money.A delicious entree of Rochfort cheese with pear melted on toastâ¦mmmmm :)For main course rump steak cooked to perfection, with mashed potatoes and a small portion of vegetables - all very tasty and totally worth eating.I would thoroughly suggest the chocolate pudding - served with delicious vanilla ice-cream.Overall, an enjoyable experience.

We were decidedly underwhelmed by our recent meal at La Gavotte: service perfunctory verging on unfriendly, galettes and crepes bland and sparse. We live locally and had heard mixed reviews of this creperie so we decided to try ourselves â we wish we hadnât. The Galette Bretonne was tasteless and small, the Gargantua comprised tinned mushrooms, cheap ham slice and emmental cheese. Kirs Apéros and Cidre were passable - our final bill for 2 of â¬42 wasnât worth it.Moret is a pretty town and La Gavotte is housed in a loved traditional building â it looks the part â but sadly the meal was distinctly disappointing. Business was brisk - obviously popular with locals â but this says more about the lack of good restaurants in Moret than the quality of this creperie. As frequent visitors to Bretagne we know the high standards that can be achieved. â If you want excellent galettes Ty Billig in Roscanvel is unmissable. But sadly La Gavotte falls well below acceptable standards.

We are a crepes restaurant with a dynamics and young team full of sympathy. Simple and warm atmosphere.
Vey good service, the staff lets you time to order and check from time to time if you are enjoying these excellent crepes, revisited with their own inspiration. Meat or fish and even sone delicious chocolate ones. And they serve until 2.30 pm ! I recommend this place !

Lovely welcome to the restaurant. Been here several times before and not been disappointed. Very nice home cooked food with good portion size, Chicken in sauce was very nice and popular, seemed that everyone was ordering the chicken, mushrooms and mashed potato with truffle oil. The potato, I could have eaten with nothing else it was so good.Lamb was very good too, and lots of it, partner wondered if it was going to end!Can recommend this place. Will be back!
