Tendencia a reinventar el clásico bar de tapas, haciendo una cocina inspirada en la cocina tradicional, internacional, creativa y evocadora, sin pretensiones.
Absolutely delicious and quite cheap given the quality of the dishes (20 euros per personne including starter, main course and dessert all very tasty). The chef is very friendly, the atmosphere welcoming. we had lunch there and are planning to try the evening menu. If you plan to go, book a table as this place is a deserved success.

Poor food, bad quality and really expensive. I went with my family on Saturday and we were all without words.... How can this restaurant be qualified as the first in the zone? I travel often to sabadell and santa perpetua for business and i know that there are much better restaurants around. Never again!

Admittently, this is not a place on the high street. It's located in the outskirts of an industrial area along the Riera de Sant Cugat in the suburb of Montcada i Reixac, and on a warm fall day in the beginning of November, where you could sit outside in a tent, it mostly catered for locals.I was told it had a history of being very local, but had tried to up the menu within the last years. There is a few select items on the menu for each course, and I went with the paella, some chicken and a local speciality of a mild fresh cheese as dessert. The paella was fine, with the right amount of shellfish and chicken in rice pretty golden and with a hint of saffron, not just turmeric. The chicken was fine - it seemed to me that it was a deboned drumstick with a filling of ham, together with baked tomatoes and tasty potatoes with some kind of delicious dripping. The fresh whey cheese (mel i mató) with honey was refreshing and rather filling.Going with three courses is not overdoing it, as the servings are not overly large.I was quite satisfied with the lunch her, and provided you are in this neighborhood, it's worth while trying the place.

Can Cortada is an authentic catalan farmhouse, historical heritage of Barcelona. The emblematic restaurant opened its doors in 1994 and since then it offers a catalan cuisine specialized in top-quality meats of our land. The decoration has been respectful
We went here for a birthday celebration, and despite the restaurant being in the city - a short way from the motorway - the sensation is that you are in the countryside. A beautifully decorated masia which wouldn't look out of place in a remote, rural setting. The grounds were also very well maintained, with outdoor covered seating for pre-lunch drinks and a guy advising the drivers where to park. The food had been pre-arranged as we were part of a 20-strong group but it certainly didn't disappoint - lots of typical pica pica (tapas) and a parrillada de carne (barbecued meat). There was also a kids' menu and something 'special' for a vegetarian friend of ours. Plentiful beer and wine as well as other drinks. As the food had been pre-arranged and paid for in advance I unfortunately didn't get to see the a la carta menu so have no idea about prices or what other options are available apart from what we had on my first, and so far, only visit. However, I would certainly go back (if driven, as I think it might be quite difficult to get there on public transport).Good Morning,Thank you very much for your recommendation. We are glad to know that you enjoyed your experience in Can Cortada. We send your kind words to our Chef and the rest of the team.We hope to see you soon.Greetings from the whole team :)

Really, very, very good. They have a Michelin star, and you can see why. The typical parade of delicate, exquisite dishes.Service was excellent and the restaurant very attractive inside. But somehow they seem un pretentious, with friendly staff from the boss down, and the chef dropped by each table at the end of the meal.We came away satisfied and not hungry (which is not always the case in these restaurants)The list of dishes was too long to remember an recite, but the fish was delicious, as was the tomato dish, however my favourite was probably the white aubergine. All delicious, and thoroughly recommended!

The best in everything: food quality, service, ambience, price... Ramon, the owner, is a great professional always searching the way to feel the best comfortable as possible in your stay. If this restaurant were in Barcelona city for sure would be considered one of the better restaurants in Catalonia.A place where a problem is never a problem!Highly recommended!!!
