I actually stayed at the Hotel but feel the restaurant deserves its own comment. This was a wonderful experience. The food that comes out of that kitchen is outstanding. My first meal was the A-la Carte dinner. I was firstly so impressed with the presentation, but then when I tasted the food, it was one of those moments when eating good food that you just want to savour.I chose the fish catch of the day, incredible, I've eaten some wonderful food all over the world and this place is up there. The kitchen Chefs and Staff can be very proud of themselves. It doesn't matter weather you order bar snacks or menu. After a game of golf one day I had the homemade burger. I kid you not, No burger chain could ever match the quality and size of that lovely piece of meat. Add to this I felt a genuine friendliness and professionalism from the Bar and Floor staff.My Belgium friends and I really enjoyed the whole experience.

Très jolie surprise que ce petit restaurant dans cette magnifique bâtisse rénovée avec goût! Le cadre est magnifique, beaucoup de recherche et de goûts dans la décoration, toute petite salle conviviale et chaleureuse.La cuisine est divine, tout est fait maison, les produits sont frais et locaux. De lâoriginalité et de belles associations de goût et une très jolie présentation dans les assiettes. Le plaisir était autant par les yeux que par les papilles.Accueil charmant et en toute simplicité par le gérant, lâimpression de ne pas être des clients mais des invités!

Was very quite when we went in late one afternoon. Would say it gets busy during the popular hours. Typical British style pub with the beers and food on offer. Live music and sports are played/shown. The member of staff was polite enough. Thanks a lot for visiting us and your feedback.Best regards

We came to this restaurant on the recommendation of a restaurateur who couldn't accommodate us in his establishment. It was a good tip. We were pleasantly surprised to find such high-quality fish so far from the sea - the fish soup was a proper bisque with real depth - but the restaurant also serves other types of food. Everything was very soigné, and is to be highly recommended. Please note that this restaurant is not in Grenoble,despite the listing; it's on the outskirts of Voiron. I hope Tripdavisor can sort out this mistake - if only for the benefit of travellers who might otherwise miss it.

Got given the wrong plates of food, which was switched later. Never received the water we requested although we were asked twice what we would like to drink. The food was great and the view!

We have just got back from an evening at this wonderful restaurant! It was wonderful! Not easy to find but well worth the effort to search. The owner/ waiter/cook, all in one, was special, friendly and authentic!Food fab, wine excellent! All in all a relaxed, calm, tasty evening! We recommend!

Familiar business, so great welcome. Service a bit slow, but they are just with 2, so understandable.Food was good and generous portions. I had fish of the day, the sole was good and the sauce delicious.Dessert was very tasty: panacotta with raspberry coulis.Good selection of wines. Excellent french food at a fair price with a good atmosphere and decor.All of the other dishes we saw also looked equally appetising and the wine was good.The service was excellent, very attentive and understanding with our limited french. The Chartreuse Creme Brule was particularly excellent.
