Well liked option for a drink and some food in Moers city center. Predictable chain-store menu well executed. Good value for money and very efficient/quick service. Important remark is about the noise level. If you are looking for a quiet conversation you might want to avoid their popular breakfast buffet hours. It gets very full and noisy during those time, and the music is running also a bit on the loud side.

I have been staying here for twenty six years, and maybe more. This family business could not be more welcoming and give better value for money. Lunch last Saturday was as good as I can remember. I only went for lunch so I could book accommodation for nine in June. Try it!!

During our stay in Moers we found this restaurant via TripAdvisor and we were curious by the reviews of other recensists. Viktoria Stube is situated outside the centre of Moers and we had to use a satnav system to find the location. The restaurant is situated in a descent residential and is a former house converted as a restaurant. We were received friendly and took place on the outside terrace. As a starter we ordered a house-made tomato soup and received some bread of the house. The tomato soup seemed to be made of freshly purred tomatos and was decoreded with crème fraiche. Unfortunately the soup tasted very very salt. Courtesy we ate some of the soup but when we should eat it all, it would be an attack of our physical health. As a main course we took a German schnitzel with a mushroom souce and baked potatoes which tasted very well. The portions were very big, however I am used to get big portions in German schnitzelrestaurants. So if you are not a big eater, ask for a small portion. Overall I can recommend this restaurant.

Lower Rhine Region is not renowned for ambitious cooking and discriminating palates. Here Feltgenhof was a haven of creative cuisine with flavours and textures that made for enjoyable dishes. That was when we visited last year.Today it is still nice to sit in the pretty courtyard, but something must have happened to the chef. Bland convenience cooking, pre-cooked components, etc.

Casual no fuss restaurant with inovative small menu. All fresh and well executed - Gerd can realy cook- and sugested a realy nice red with our meal at a reasonable price. Good casual service- no waiting times. I would have given him 5 stars - I am a chef myself.- but my wife thought it was not as good as my food and therefore I didn' give full notes - allthough I was very impressed.

They skilfully contrast old and new in the rooms at the Hotel Zur Linde in Moers. The farmhouse is more than two hundred years old. The building has been extended using glass and aluminium, which provides for some exciting contrasts. Make yourself comfort
Excellent - efficient and friendly - service. A charming setting. Good, hearty food that lacked that little finesse to have it merit a 'very good' label - I agree with the previous reviewer: large portions don't quite make up for... what exactly? It's almost as though they try to hard. Having said that, the food IS GOOD. Would I return? Yes, definitely if in the area.

Delicious!Dessert:Dessert Fantasia, a combination of cream with strawberry, lemon mousse, cranberry mousse and tiramisu. This restaurant is worthwhile to make a 50km detour! Almost all previous reviews report the same as we experienced. Excellent food for a very reasonable price. The accommodation is very nice and spacious. The range of dishes that can be selected from is big enough. Also the special things the serve on daily bases is very nice. The portion sizes are big enough, even for very hungry people. The serving speed is, also when it is rather busy, good.We had 4 different main courses selected and liked them all very much. The look and taste of all was excellent. Also the desserts served were tasty. On frequent base the staff checks that everything is fine. The service is way above average, possibly due to the fact that the servants all are mature enough to do their responsible job.The price for our 4 persons main course, salads and dessert was just above ⬠100, drinks included. A very fair price for what's offered.
