Hunting Horn Guest-house Our inn offers well-equipped, carefully furnished and spacious rooms and is located in the green belt environment of Sopron, but it is also close to the centre of the town. Huge selection of wines. We would like to recommend our w
We went to eat for the reviews and did not disappoint. They have treated us very well, the food dishes, particularly those made with goose liver, the variety of wines they gave us and the treatment are unbeatable. The food well presented, plentiful and with an excellent flavor mix. We have found ourselves at home and the owner with his explanations has been very helpful. Congratulations for the great work for so many years.Dear Guest, thank you very much for your stay and for taking your pressures time to write your kind comments. We would be delighted to welcome you back again.Best wishes and regards,Gyula Bausz

Wonderful scenic view at the terrace, overlooking the landscape from Hohe Wand to Schneeberg. Solid interior inside, a bit run of the mill, which does not create a stylish or authentic atmosphere. The menu spans pretty wide from regional kitchen to the north of Italy. The wine list is fine, but can't always compliment the menu spectrum. Today's dishes left some mixed feelings, all soups were very good and creative, both the cordon-bleu and the pikeperch were good, but the chicken-breast was lacking distinctive taste and the risotto, that came with the chicken, was overcooked. The service was quick and friendly, very professional when we provided feedback on the risotto. The expectation of a 1* rated Gault Millau and Falstaff restaurant wasn't entirely met in the categories of creativity, finesse and execution.

5min out of the city center, but worth the walk. We had excellent local food on a nice terrasse. It is just a pity that they serve Heineken and not a local beer, but we were so thurtsty that it made the job!

We stumbled over this place by accident, and it was a really luck one. Not only the food was fantastic, it also came quick, and with great service. The owners are very friendly people and make you feel immediately and truly welcome. I can highly recommend it, and will definitely return.
We had a very pleasant lunch with very friendly service. We ate in the courtyard on a windy day but it was well sheltered. The inside was very neat and clean, although I did not look at the larger dining area that was also there. The food for four of us was extremely good and the deserts particularly memorable.

Located on the impressive premises of Forchtenstein castle (which itself is stunning to see), this restaurant offers a quite unique setting, built into ancient castle walls. Efficient service and creative food, too.We "picked" a rainy day, but otherwise the huge terrasse offers spectacular views into the Pannonian plains...
Restaurant and Cafe with austrian, croatian, mediterranean cuisine. We are friendly and always ready for your well-being. Come, we look forwarrd to your visit!

Within the Hotel there is a 350-seat Restaurant with a winter garden, banquet room and terrace. Our menu carries the best in local dishes and International cuisine- each week there are new specials that are suited to each season and special holidays.
Sunday before lunchtime (around 11am) we went for breakfast and asked if there is still a possibity to sit down for an omelette. In the entrance they said yes but inside when we sit down to order the main waiter started to laugh and said that "breakfast should be breakfast time, now you can lunch as its lunchtime". Bahh we stood up and left without saying hello.
