Went there for lunch with colleagues. I was advised to take the peppered filet and it was good. The brocolis were a bit tasteless... I did not have dessert but my colleagues did and they all look great.

I went two times with students of US (33 people). It was a farewell dinner. The attention was amazing, fast and without mistakes, considering that serve in time for 33 people is a big challenge, and is an art at the same time. The food was very delicious and I am excited about go againThank U !! Hoping to see you again

Fellini is different to other restaurants I've seen in Uruguay. The table settings, for instance, include cast metal plates and linen napkins. A nice touch, but you pay for it (100 pesos for cubiertos). As to the food, I have mixed feelings. The pizza was tasty, nice and crusty. The papardelle Marco Polo, on the other hand, was a bit too much al dente, and the attempt at an oriental dressing made everything too sweet and ultimately soggy. I suggest a lighter hand on the soy sauce...We didn't stay for dessert, and we thought the whole meal was a bit over-priced, but the elaborate presentation of the bill, with marshmallows, was a nice touch. Thanks very much for your comment!See you again!Ci Vediamo!

We came for lunch. The locale is rustic, so sort of âcoolâ. Not too crowded. Not too noisy. We shared two starters, a main and a dessert: broccoli and cheese croquettes, a salad, pork schnitzel with sweet potatoes and an âeclair with orange cream and pear stuffing. It was all quite good! Friendly servers. Recommendable!

I had heard this restaurant was good but when we walked in, somewhat sweaty and underdressed, I was alarmed to see the elaborate place settings--think many, many forks--and thought oh it's one of those restaurants. That said, we were there late in the afternoon and practically had the place to ourselves. The service was formal but not over the top. And the prices were fair. I'd particularly recommend the trio of ceviche and the chocolate dessert. Both were delicious The decor was a little odd. The walls are hung with paintings of young women in sultry posed. It was a little jarring.

A restaurant that serves good Italian food, but which feels a little like you are sitting in what is mostly a delicatessen where people come to buy food to take away rather than an intimate restaurant. The food was tasty, but it's not my favourite Italian in Montevideo.

Excellent dinner in a nice setting. Comfortable seating, friendly and helpful staff. Menu available in English. Ordered off of a special menu consisting of 2 courses: main, dessert and water, or 3: appetizer, main, dessert and water. Chose the gazpacho soup with octopus (excellent flavor and consistency), grilled white fish in olive oil and herbs served with mashed potatoes (very fresh and perfectly cooked and seasoned) and a brownie with almonds and vanilla ice cream (the brownie was perfect). Excellent value, great dining experience.

All the dishes we tasted were delicious. The meat dishes are value for money. Excellent wine list. The service was very pleasant. The dessert mousse dulce de leche makes you happy. We would visit Francis again.

Excellent Restaurant and Tea House, with superb views of Punta del Este, the Laguna del Sauce and the sea, where you can enjoy a gastronomic service capable of satisfying the most demanding palates.
Usually this is an amazing place. Very unique property with amazing views. This time the wait staff just couldn't seem to get anything right and everything took agonizingly long amounts of time. Gourmand reopens August 16th with breakfast, brunch, lunch and take away. See you soon. Hours: Friday, Saturday and Sunday 8:15 am-4:30 pm
I went there several times during my stay (breakfast and lunch). Location is great and the place is peaceful. Owners and waiters are super friendly. Food is definitely one of the best I had in South America if youâre looking for simple dish and French cuisine.
