My girlfriend and I arrived at Buffalo Grill around 16h30 on a quiet Sunday afternoon. The establishment is located near the highway and offers plenty of parking. Therefore we considered it a good dinner stop before continuing our journey home.Upon entry we were a bit puzzled by the lack of other customers but our doubts would soon prove unfounded.Buffalo Grill being part of a chain of restaurants the interior quite predictably mimicks that of a cowboy saloon in a kind of tacky way. However, all facilities were spotless clean. The menu too is hardly surprising, consisting essentially of hamburgers, steaks and a few salads. However, thatâs fine because I love a well prepared piece of meat.Waiter Eric was very professional and friendly. He explained the menu and pointed out specials like a true maître in an upper class restaurant. We both opted for double hamburgers with fries. We were promptly served a free salad appetizer and pop corn and our order followed shortly after. The meat was excellent and the dish was plentiful. Eric regularly informed if everything was as desired. We skipped desert because we were both saturated. In conclusion we enjoyed our dinner at Buffalo Grill and would definitely visit again as the establishment offers good value for money and the staff are very friendly and responsive.

A lovely traditional French restaurant at the top of the town, right opposite the Cathedral in Laon.Specialities include Pella Theirachienne, a tasty dish of sliced potatoes, local cheese and lardons put under the grill and served piping hot. We ate there
The restaurant sits opposite the cathedral and has a big patio area. Some of the staff were frosty at first, because we wanted to sit where our dog would be in the shade and out of reach. We ordered food and Champagne and they warmed up. The food was delicious and done in that simple French way and full of flavour. I had snails to start with and the entrecôte. The bill was reasonable for what we had.

Wonderfully located restaurant on the pedestrians-only square in front of Laonâs great cathedral. Great food - my Pièce du Boucher was a delicious filet, beautifully cooked. We also enjoyed the salmon tartare, assorted cheese and crème brûlée. Decent house wine for â¬5 a glass. The bill was â¬128. Not cheap but worth it as a reminder that there are places where the old traditional France lives on in places when it comes to restaurants. The patron and his staff were friendly and efficient. They also have accommodation under the name Logis du Parvis.

We were staying at Center Parcs not far from Laon and decided to give this place a shot as it only 15 minutes away from the Parc.Had no issue to find the restaurant and we could park the car at the street next to the restaurant.Staff was very nice and welcoming and did the best they could to speak some English to us.Pizza was just Okay. We expected more from such a veteran restaurant.Prices of Pizza's starts at â¬9,50 to â¬11,50.We had the regular "Margarita", Peperoni & "Sicilienne".

This estaminet wants to offer local products. But in the wrong region. The 'chti' specialties and the maroilles cheese dominate the menu list. And this menu list is very short. Most of the items are not even available. The interior decoration tries to create some effect of authenticity. The service was superficial and uninterested.

A very small bit below true starred restaurant this auberge is a sure value in its category. Quite sophisticated dishes, superbly presented together with all the usual tricks (amuse bouche, small delicacices together with coffee etc..) make for an extremely pleasant dinner for an amazingly reasonable price. Good wine offer with several options by the glass. You could of course discuss some details, especially in the service, but for this quality, and at this price, this small auberge remains one of my very positive discoveries of these last months. The chef is very present to make sure that your dinner is pleasant and might even offer to drive you back to your hotel!! French hospitality like we'd like to see it more frequently. Highly recommended.

We only use fresh products for local and regional cuisine. We also have a wide selection of Belgian beers.
Large meals, good quality, nothing to complaint, but nothing special either. Simple but fine. Correct service. Somewhat basic ambiance. Good for quick hot meal lunch. Many choices of beers.

Enjoyed lunch at this lovely restaurant which is located in a small pedestrianised area of Laon old town. We opted for the plat du jour comprising a savoury crepe followed by a sweet crepe. Both were delicious - washed down by a refreshing glass of Leffe Ruby! The staff were very friendly and we both thoroughly enjoyed our meal.

Enjoyed an evening meal at this charming restaurant which had a pleasant atmosphere and friendly staff. We were there for 7pm when it opened and it soon got very busy (this was a Thursday so can imagine might be wise to book for weekend). I had a salad starter which was a generous size and very fresh. I moved straight on to dessert and had delicious crepes with cherries and cream. My husband had a Galette and said it was also delicious.
