Up a side street, this restaurant looks attractive. The female waiting staff were very pleasant although the owner-manager was surly! The carpaccio of tuna arrived thickly cut; possibly this is the custom but my partner thinks not. Her pasta in pesto was acceptable but, as on several occasions, we remarked that it seems good restaurants in Britain have overtaken ones in Italy that actually created the original dishes. With my ravioli in walnut oil, I did wonder whether the walnut oil had been added... Foccaccia del formaggio was interesting because it came looking more like a pizza; that's fine. All in all, a mixed experience not aided by a noticeably long wait for our order to be taken and, then, for the courses to arrive.Grazie

Exquisite restaurant within the hotel Ma&Ma. Beautiful location where you can sit inside or outside along the pool. Perfect service, highly professional staff and delicious food prepared by chef Simeoni. Well balanced wine list but we had the chance to taste some local wines accompanying a 'special' menu prepared to celebrate the patron saint Mary Magdalena. The Perla Blu overlooks the port of Cala Gavetta, the very heart of the La Maddalena island. Our restaurant selects and offers its customers the best products made available by the unspoilt nature of the Archipelago. It will be our pleasure to host you in
Lucky find, food here is amazing. We started with a shared 4 cheese pizza which was really melt in your mouth. then I had spaghetti with a mussel sauce with little tomatoes the taste was amazing whilst my partner had a duck dish. Really great find we intend returning.

We chanced upon this restaurant that stayed open while the rest of the island enjoyed a siesta. The staff were special. We parked out front behind a tour bus that obviously had scoped out a great lunch for the passengers.Very good to sensational! @ a reasonable price.

I have eaten at this restaurant many times now. They are doing something different to everyone else - excellent even elegant service, beautiful outdoor seating, an amazing wine list. The seafood selection is excellent- if youâre game have a raw seafood starter. OMG to die for. The fregola with Astice (lobster) is amazing. I will return again. Thanks for the lovely service!

It is great to be able to taste in a single dinner several different high quality cuts of meat by tasting a good wine or a handmade beer.
The Italians sure know how to cook their steaks. Melt in the mouth perfectly cooked steak, absolutely on point. Nice little cosy restaurant just off the Main Street. Large choice of steaks on the menu chosen by weight and cut, staff are good at explaining. My only gripe was I should have ordered a bigger steak.
