Traveling with my family after holiday. Stopped for quick lunch with no idea where we are really stopping. The restaurant just looked OK from the road. And now... The waitress? 2? 3? 4? beautiful girls looking.. The same! Sisters? Perhaps. Taking order, advising, just talking... Superb! We started feeling really at home. Then food. I have ordered pork in honey, salad and tomato soup. It was just waitress recommendation. 10 of 10! My wife took some traditional Polish soup and chicken, my daughter dumplings. All was really perfect! I would take there even the most demanding cook master. And last but not least - price, very, very moderate. For me value for money: 10.

I'll just expand the title a bit. It has some interesting regional items on the menu, but unfortunately it wasn't as good as expected. Prices are average; the setting is nice. Within Chmielno it's not a bad option, but don't expect a hidden gem. It's just average food with a Kaszebian twist.

We needed to wait for about 15 mins for our order to be freshly cooked. It was wrapped in plastic containers, so upon arrival home there was no need to heat it up!The meat was very tender and there was a good selection of side vegetable salads.I would certainly go back there again when I visit this part of Poland!!

WpadliÅmy na szybkÄ przekÄ skÄ. Zapiekanki smaczne bogate w dodatki, ja polecam Alternatywy4 - na zdjÄciu. MogÅaby tylko byÄ podawana gorÄ ca (byÅa ciepÅa). Grochówka ok. Wystrój przed lokalem fajny, dywan na chodniku i od razu jak u cioci na imieninach- fajny pomysÅ.

Od pewnego czasu miaÅem kilka okazji, żeby jeÅÄ tu obiad. Kiedy byÅo dobrze to o tym pisaÅem, ale teraz wyszÅo źle... Dorsz w migdaÅach to byÅa jakaÅ ciapa. Odmrożony na szybkiego i źle potem upieczony. Do dania mojej żony zapomnieli dodaÄ warzywa gotowane na parze ale na szczÄÅcie gdy o tym powiedzieliÅmy to przeprosiÅ i donieÅli później. Ogólnie nie jest zÅa ta restauracja ale ciÄżko utrzymaÄ im pewien standard. JeÅli to dopracujÄ bÄdzie to sympatyczne miejsce gdzie można dobrze zjeÅÄ.

Visiting Kartuzy, where my mother was born in 1903, we could not trace the house she stayed in, but ended our visit to Poland with an exceptional culinary experience. With a trilingual menu not understanding Polish was not a problem and the traditional Kashubian food was excellent.

Very good place for fish dishes. Maybe interior design is not very sophisticated but it's quite pleasant and food is always fresh and tasty. I've been there several times since the opening and never left disappointed. Tends to be quite packed during lunchtime on weekends but never had to wait long for a table.
