it is the moment of the holidays we wish to thank our kind customers for its fidelity. we will be closed from July 19 to August 22, 2019 thank you
Tonton Garby gave us a very warm welcome when we arrived at his restaurant. We helped us choose our sandwiches and was very thorough in explaining the ingredients. Theyâre very generous with the cheese and meats so the sandwiches are very tasty. I loved #7. We went back to eat there again after a week and I was surprised that he recognized me (despite serving hundreds of customers in a day) and said âI never forget a smileâ

A family restaurant. Home made pasta made with Love. The most delicious tasting pasta I have ever had. Silvana the daughter gave her recommendations which included two specials her mother makes in the kitchen. Tonight a black squid with shrimp and a porcini with spec. My husband and I shared both and loved every bite. We finished the meal with tiramisu...delish!

The restaurant is a physically appealing with good architectural lines. It is on a busy corner near grand place and st. Micheal & st Gudula Cathedral. It is a French Italian menu, but also in English. The waitress gave it her best shot to communicate, but spoke very little English. We chose two different dishes on the menu and were eventually told they were "done". The Caesar salad had very little lettuce or dressing. It did have a generous portion of chicken and several shrimps. It actually was quite good. The Mediterranean mix was supposed to have fish, but didn't. All the calamari and shrimp were fried without dipping sauce. When I asked for a sauce my options were ketchup and mustard. Other reviews said this is a family restaurant. We like to support family restaurants, so that was good to hear. However, on a busy Friday night there is only one chef and one waitress.

The San Daniele restaurant in Brussels owes its name to the famous and traditional ham from San Daniele, a small village in Northeast Italy in the Friuli region between the Alps and the Adriatic. In this way the "San Daniele" Family wishes to underline th
We made reservation 1 hour before lunch. A table for 2 was still possible, and we got a very nice table in the back of the restaurant, at the window. I loved the welcoming right away. This is a no nonsense place. No unnecessary chitchat, just to the point, taking the coat, appointing a table and get informed about how things go. The 3 course lunch goes for a reasonable 60 EUR, including 1 glass of wine. Everything was perfect from starter to the dessert. For the starter and the main course, we could choose 1 out of 2 suggestions. The coffee was not top class. Nespresso if I'm not mistaken. It's ok, but a home made Lavazza would undoubtedly have tasted better. The waiters are friendly and to the point. They have an eye for detail. Supposedly, there's a parking possibilities in the neighbourhood, but you might want to inform before hand. The restaurant is situated on a big avenue, but it is very discreet. Loved the experience. Will be back.

We've opened the doors in 1975 and since then this Brussels bastion of French cuisine has been renovated with his new Chef/owner Maxime Maziers. The elegance of the menu and the ambience is impeccably tailored, while the discreet service has won its own p
Have tried a lot of Michelin star restaurants, this one is special. A very Belgian experience. Cook is amazingly creative. Has reportedly achieved three Michelin stars in the past before deciding market niche was nicer at one star. Went with his tasting menu, was astonished at many new taste sensations and combinations. Not to miss.

Charming restaurant located in the center of Brussels in front of the National Theater with terrace and big capacity for groups and individuals .
Four business colleagues met here during Labelexpo 2019 and enjoyed a thoroughly pleasant evening. Our food and wine was excellent and the service quiet, efficient and beyond reproach. Strangely, we all ordered the same dishes! The beef tartare was tough-chopped rather than being fine, as I like it. The flavour was rich and warm. We all followed with the excellent wild sea bass while for dessert most of us had the selected Belgium cheeses. Donât ask about the wines! Excellent but we had too much. Thanks for a great evening

I was this week in this restaurant and I was disappointed , but maybe it was our fault .In fact we ordered two main courses of fish and probably it's not the right restaurant , probably it's a meat restaurant . The tuna fish was cold and the other fish really not particularly good . In addition we wait almost one hour to have our main dishes which is really unacceptable . The wine was expensive ( +/- 30 â¬) , but really not particularly good .So maybe we were not lucky , but we were not really happy

The food here is fine dining and therefore the prices reflect this, however the prices are still very affordable compared to other restaurants in this fine dining category. The service was impeccable - our wine glasses were regulary refilled and the water topped up. Nothing was too difficult and the waiters were very friendly even under pressure. Our group ate from the set menus on offer, of which there are 4 to choose from - all amazingly great value. We ate from the duck set menu and the lobster set menu. The duck pate (see pic) was smooth and lovely with a heavier than mousse texture for robust taste, also pleasantly presented. The duck breast (see pic) was the BEST DUCK I HAVE EVER HAD IN MY LIFE!!! Cooked to absolute perfection with a crispy coating and meat the best colour, texture and taste you'll ever experience with duck. The only down side was that it came with potato croquettes, which remind me of TV dinners as a child when mother is too tired to cook. I would have preferred roasted potatoes. The lobster dinner starter was baby lobster in curry sauce (see pic), which was divine - creamy and just enough hint of flavour. The main was a whole baby lobster (see pic) of which the meat was thick and flavourful. For dessert we had cake which was like a sweet angel putting heaven in my mouth - multi layers of chocolate, smooth vanilla mousse and soft sponge. Coffee was wonderful too. This restaurant is perfect for a romantic date and also group celebrations.

We are a restaurant, a wine-bar and also a wine shop. We serve lunch from Wednesday till Friday and dinner on Friday and Saturdag evenings. We advise you to make a reservation. Our chef, Eddy Münster is a Mastercook of Belgium. Fine cuisine at available p
From outside it looks like a wine shop. Only when you enter and look at the back of the place you see a few tables â I recommend you to reserve before going! The place is open for lunch (for an evening dinner, only Fridays). All the walls have racks filled with wines, champagne and alcohols. The restaurant offers you the choice - food âà la carteâ - or a menu of 3 or 5 courses (with or without a selection of wine glasses). In my case, I took a menu of 3. They agreed on me changing the starter. I received a pre-starter (tempura of shrimp with a tartare of salmon), 1st dish: endive and shrimp soup, 2nd dish: pasta with a truffle and cream sauce, 3rd dish: ravioli with chicken; all for 35 â¬. Desert is not included in the menu and their selection is very limited. All dishes are presented 1st class. Quantities are reasonable. When choosing for the menu with wine â all wines are served per glass, and selected following your own preferences. You can also purchase a wine from their shop. You will pay an extra 12⬠for corkage. Website is not updated since a while (for instance they mention 8⬠corkage).Overall a good experience with refined top food and very friendly personnel. Being not a connoisseur, should the wines not be in a cooler place for conservation than the restaurant? Soon works (for 3 years) will start in the street and parking will be (more) difficult. It is the moment to try it now!

Our restaurant includes a brewery on live, a Belgian beer box shop and deserve more than 30 Belgian beers with local and Belgian gin, whisky... The food is like tapas of the Belgian Food made with local and healthful ingredients!
I donât understand why it has such great reviews, itâs a place with beers and really really limited choice (only 3 was available when we went around 8 pm) and really average food.Hello, we got good reviews because we take care of our clients, work only with local food and because we have a selection of more than 30 reference of beers. We select only alternative beer so the selection change and sometimes sones Brewers can't deliver so fast.We hope this answer got your attention and maybe you can come back to see that we are not so bad :)
