The only place we found open in the village in December - we are staying at Camping Futuriste. Just less than â¬70 for 2 x starters, mains and sweets with 1/2 carafe wine and 2 cocktails, so not bad. Food was nice, nothing absolutely exceptional but also some things were really tasty: creme brulee/goat cheese and honey pizza. The waitress was very attentive and really friendly.

Have been here twice - had great pizzas both times, the side salads are good as well. The ice cream sundaes were also very good. The meal was good value and the service was very good. There are several non pizza related things on the menu too which also looked tempting.

The Le Relais Plaza Restaurant was surprisingly fine, being in a hotel that is quite terrible. The outdoor atmosphere was very nice. The food was not great, but wasn't that bad. None of the employees -like most of the hotel employees- knew English and we had a difficult time trying to explain ourselves. The prices were very cheap.

This is a chain restaurant in France but really does have something for everyone. Daily choice of 3 specials for under 12 euros and extensive menu including seafood, fish grills, flan/quiche and the current trend choucroute ( sauerkraut). Good service, reasonably priced drinks and lovely desserts.

Ideal for those of us who are not sure which country's cuisine we want to eat.Buffet style dining on fusion foods. Husband sadly overloads his plate on the unhealthier options and I sigh quietly.Great quality, plenty of choices and for a large modern space, excellent noise deadening.

We were staying for a few days at Saint Cyr with our caravan before moving North to Normandy. The camp site at Saint Cyr recommended this restaurant for a good meal. We drove the few kilometres down the N10 to Le Benjimin. It is located on the main N10 and is conveniently located for Futuroscope and the various camp sites and hotels in the area. The restaurant is situated in a pleasant garden, though the restaurant building could benefit from a coat of paint. However, the circular building with its unusual roof in the style of an oast house made an intriguing first impression. The restaurant is not cheap if one selects from the "carte" but the fixed price menu was affordable for those on a restricted budget and so we went fixed price. The welcome was warm and throughout the service was friendly and struck the right balance between intrusiveness and invisibility. The choice of dishes on the fixed price menu were sufficiently varied and between us we had the beef and the confit of pork. All courses, starters, mains and dessert were excellent with a good balance of flavours. We were very impressed by the standard achieved by the chef. The presentation was first rate and the portion sizes were far from meagre. We left after food and drink in a very replete state. For drinks we only had one glass of wine and a small bottle of sparkling water. In many good quality restaurants the fact that we were eating fixed price and were not incurring a large drinks bill would have meant that we were treated as second class citizens. Not so here, as mentioned earlier the service was to a very high standard. We thoroughly recommend this restaurant if you are staying in the Poitiers area, or if you are in transit through western France.

Very expensive for the children's menu. My tuna was very very salty and in an odd puddle of green sauce. Think the look of the dishes was more important than the taste. Quality of ingredients was good but for the money I'd look elsewhere.

Savour southern French cuisine in the shade of a colourful, flower-decked terrace right in the heart of Futuroscope, or indoors in the atmosphere of a Mediterranean hacienda. With tapas, white Sangria, plate-grilled meats and fishes, parilladas, Mediterra
Surprise at Futuroscope. Our dinner was good! Alexia contributed by advising on portion size and wines. We had between us a goats cheese pastry with salad, smoked ham salad and a fraiche salad which was excellent and more than enough as starter and a main. So good, lots of variety , intact best salad for a long time. Mains, Stromboli pizza, cornets and dorado all well received. Well done chefs

We stumbled across this restaurant on a visit to Poitiers and the food was amazing. As a vegetarian I often struggle to find food in restaurants however the vegetable risotto in this restaurant was lovely and the homemade French fries are some of the best that I have tried. My husband had the plat du jour and commented that it was the best food that he had during the entirety of our holiday. If we were to visit again then we would definitely return to this restaurant.
