Hotel room was spacey and clean and of good location. Thats about it.The heater is poorly working, we had 15 degrees Celsius in the room. We asked for a second room. My wife was sleeping even with jacket on... the mattrace is very thin, too. So not comfortable at all.Because we're guests in this hotel we got 20% off dinner. That is a joke! They made their own CZK/EUR exchange rate. We had to pay 17,83. Checking online it should be 16,50EUR. That is 7,8% on top...The quality of food was just tasteless. The deer gulash was luke warm, tasted ok. My Sauerbraten ("marinated beef roast") was tasteless. The orange sauce was weired as i usually expect a dark sauce. Was warm but tasteless.I recommend: Spend some more coins and stay somewhere else

The street on which Daro is located, is loaded with other restaurants, with cheaper prices and similar offerings. I would actually recommend to go to them. We followed the Trip Advisor recommendations, and were quite disappointed. The service was fast and attentive, however not very friendly. The food was disappointing though. This is not the first time we eat in Czech restaurants, and these dishes (we ordered 5 main courses) were on the bland side. The venison and beef steaks were very hard to chew, the Cordon Bleau was undercooked, and the goulash was very fatty and flavor-less.We visited Daniella restaurant in the evening, and enjoyed it much more

being there with family. Small rooms with smell off kitchen (1. floor). Restaurant on good level, non smoking. Beautiful old style restaurant, helpful staf. Despite the architecture, the hotel is just ordinary mouintaim cottage. Only negative is, there there is no room (just restaurant), where you can be with your friends/family. Credit cards not accepted here - didn't get this....
Let your senses be immersed into an intriguing blend of international cuisine with a traditional twist. A canvas of flavours, colours and fragrances, featuring only the finest and freshest regional products, will be displayed within the stylishly design,
Do not miss this restaurant, if your travels bring you to this part of the Czech Republic!!! Big variety of dishes, great presentation and very, very tasty food. All the above together with the smiley and really helpful staff, made both times we dined there to be top-notch!There are still so many dishes from that menu I would like to try :)

After reading all the commendations on this website, we went to Sklipek for lunch on 4.2.2017. The service was fast until she disappeared for 1h somewhere. The portions were ok, quite big but TASTELESS, both goulash and my schnitzel&fries. At least a good broth was included in the meal. And the price??? Well, the price was German... 129Kc for a daily menu in high season... well, Bozi Dar, what do you expect.... Start learning German or go home..

Very nice place with gorgeous views. Nice meals. Great coffee and tea. Friendly and foreign languages speaking stuff. Not very good parking. Small place for cars. Had to park round the corner but not far from the restaurant. Highly recommended!

Nice interior, nice garden, pretty good and rich menu with interesting and tempting meals. Roasted chicken breast was really delicious - juicy, crisp, tasting with fire. Mushroom ragout was weaker, bland. For a local conditions the restaurant is rather expensive, like a good restaurant in Prague.

We ordered pork filled with bacon and garlic in mushroom sauce and croquettes, chicken filled with spinach and cheese and baked potatoes with garlic and cream. The food was excellent, cafe latte was also very good. Service was friendly. We sat outside as inside was full, but as the day was sunny, it was very pleasant. Would definitely come back if in the area.
