Friendly place with a great locally sourced menu. Food was very good and wine/beer list is varied and interesting. Nice setting with very friendly service. Take a little cash with you if you want to reward service as cannot be added to cc payment. Restaurant is thoroughly recommended.

The atmosphere was very nice (a live band playing - although a little loud for the small space). The food was very nice, but the vegetarian food was extremely over priced. £13 for mushroom stroganoff which was served on a large half roll. It tasted nice (but not brilliant) but the ingredients couldn't have cost more than £1. My husband had lamb which was only £2 more and much more sustaining. I mentioned this to the waitress (just making a comment) who then got very defensive saying the ingredients were very expensive and the running costs of the restaurant etc... As if I had never realised that meals cost more in restaurants. Very patronising and the food was not worth the money AT ALL. If the waitress had been polite and taken the comment as constructive and not be so angrily defensive I wouldn't have written a comment... but...

Today is date day. What better place to kick it off than breakfast @ the super wonderful Graze on Grand. We have brunched here, lunched here and had numerous dinners too. And it consistently delivers.Todayâs breakfast, simple food cooked perfectly, served charmingly with crackingly good coffee too. My English breakfast elevated to a gastronomic delight with the addition of Morcilla! If you haveât tried it......you must! A Spanish black pudding/sausage. Crumbly, aromatic and utterly delicious.Graze is a place where you can linger, enjoy the artwork, watch the sea, the service is absolutely on point; friendly and welcoming but unobtrusive. We are very excited about the forthcoming love local, wine pairing evening. Show casing Fox &Fox wines. See you then Graze on Grand. And thank you for kicking off our date day In Style!

We came here for Sunday lunch, we werenât able to reserve a table as they only allow large groups to reserve. My partner dropped my elderly mother and myself off first then went off to park the car. Whilst we were waiting for him to arrive we perused the menu and my mum decided to have a chicken dish whilst I decided to have mackerel. We chose to wait until my partner arrived to order because we didnât want our two dishes to arrive before his, so 15 mins later he arrives and we all order, 1 chicken and 2 mackerel dishes. At this point the rather unfriendly waitress decides to inform as that because everything is cooked fresh we will have to wait 20 minutes for the chicken to be cooked! For Peteâs sake! If you had only bothered to write that on the menu instead of just telling us now then we could have ordered it ages ago, what is so difficult about writing this down clearly on the menu like they do with soufflés for instance. So we had an excruciating long wait for food which wasnât worth waiting for. Mums chicken was nice but didnât come with anything starchy like potatoes, just vegetables and sauce, our mackerel was cooked perfectly, and a brave choice for a chef to choose to serve a whole fish, but came with raw beans and undercooked potatoes. Also I had to ask the waitress for a dish to put the fish waste on which a good restaurant should give you automatically, and no seasoning on the table either. I was still hungry afterwards but refused to wait any longer to order dessert. Iâm not a fan of these pub/restaurant mashups, I think they rarely work, be a bar or be a restaurant but not both. The ambience wasnât great here either, not very friendly, lots of unaware types, bashing you with their bags and rucksacks, and way too noisy. I wouldnât rush back here, itâs not cheap either, we only had 3 main courses and no drinks and it came to £50 and I was still hungry!

Welcome in our cafe! We serve English breakfasts, omelettes, burgers, pastas as usual a cafe does. BUT, we serve HUNGARIAN lunches and HUNGARIAN desserts such as Beef Goulash or Chicken Paprikash. We are NOT restaurant, that is way we can keep our prices
This is a great place, the decoration is full of rustic charm. The service was really good and as for the food, delicious. The ingredients were top quality and beautifully prepared. Although not locals we will make the effort to go back. Would definitely recommend

We had a fantastic meal here this evening. The atmosphere, service and food were all fabulous. It is rare that we have a 3 course meal but wanted to try all on offer. We werenât disappointed. The hostess was lovely, knowledgeable about both the food and wine and attentive without fussing. We were only visiting the area but if we lived nearby we would be regular visitors.

Rustico Italiano is a little slice of Neapolitan Street Food loveliness in the heart of Hastings. Eat in, Take out and Delivery service after 5:00pm.
Popped in for pre-theatre pizza. Good atmosphere, very reasonably priced and good service. Probably wouldn't use for a 3 course evening meal out but for drinks, light meals, snacks and, of course their pizza, is delicious!

My friend and I had a superb meal here, having chosen the Kleftico, which was very good quality lamb and beautifully tender. Our meal was relaxed because the atmosphere was so welcoming. We enjoyed very pleasant and friendly service and so highly recommend this restaurant to others.
