The restaurant is in a residential area away from the commercial & tourist crowds. It is small but has an extensive menu which includes well aged beef. Their pasta is delicious and not-to-miss.

Had the goat as special felt I was in an old Greek village . Great meal but expensive especially for Entrees but this place never disappoints. Nice Italian wine. Good salads and nice stuffed zucchini flowers. We always come back. Even my fussy in laws liked it. Great night!!!

Bought Groupon for my husbands birthday. Arrived at 6 a cold Monday night, inside rustic warm and cosy. Entree Portugese sausage salad yum. Delicious amazing generous charcoal meat platter. The best! Quail moist. Pork best I've ever ate. Lamb, beef, chicken, tbone steak so juicy. More salad, more sausage, fried potatoes avalanche, rice. Refreshing sangria. Wholesome, homely, very organic genuine service. Even went home with leftovers. We will be back. Thankyou!

Four of us dined here on a groupon deal which included three courses and a cocktail. We all enjoyed our meals, I had escargot, perfectly cooked duck and the cheese plate. It's a very established restaurant with great staff, very popular with tourists. We all agreed we had a great time and would return.

we had a combined room/dinner package. The atmosphere of the restaurant was small and cosy but the other people never felt intrusive. The staff were excellent and nothing was too much of a problem for them. Menu was interesting and well thought out in that the portions were such that you could share easily because of the way they were prepared. Also i felt the pricing very reasonable including the drinks.

Based on high TA ratings we pre-booked this small but popular caffe for an early dinner.Our food choices were well cooked traditional pasta and meat dishes and the support of locals was obvious, including take-away service. By Sydney pricing standards the food was very good value and overall we had a very good experience.

Light & Modern French Fine Dining, yet with BYO.Could be described as Modern Australian with French influences or Lighter French Cuisine. Quality rather than quantity; starting from the initial bread with lovely olive oil and balsamic vinegar dipping sauce, progressing to the ceviche king fish entre & twice cooked pork belly with well balanced accompanying sauce and salad.My partners scallop entre and duck main were also very good.The restaurant has a lovely relaxed décor, with tables not too close together allowing easy conversation without having to raise ones voice. The wine prices are very reasonable, but if you have a favourite bottle of red at home take it with you as will only cost you $10 corkage.Only minor whinges are that steamed vegetables were string beans only and that waiters were slightly on the under attentive side.

Who would have thought, A french Bistro in traditional Italian area of Sydney.We had been meaning to try this Bistro for quite some time and finally got there.Menu is full of classics. We opened with the onion soup and steak tartare both dishes ticked the box. For mains we had Beef Bourguignon and the Duck Cassoulet. The beef was as expected as was the Duck, however the duck was a bit skimpy on the beans, chorizo and gravy. $9 for a side of veggies was not value for money.Deserts were great and the 3 cheeses we had were ripe and well presented.Service staff were knowledgeable.
