This was the best food we found in Georgioupolis, we ate here twice choosing from the specials board. Particularly recommended are the swordfish steak with seafood sauce and the smoked trout. Only downside is that they don't offer a house wine so the wine here is more expensive than many other restaurants. Try the Belgian beer instead. Friendly efficient service and a very smart ladies loo.

I have visited this beach bar many times while staying in Kavros. A very pleasant place and very conveniently situated right on the beach.The food and drinks are quite good and the staff very friendly. The beach bar also provides sun beds free of charge and the view of the Mediterranean is unforgettable.Can recommend a visit!

After being annoyed by the Georgioupolis Beach Hotel for overbooking and giving us a room a distance away we were prepared to continue our journey onto Chania, but for the great ladies at Summertime, where we spent a couple of hours in the afternoon and then again in the evening when we had a great dinner (not bothering to use the half board paid for at the GBH).Thanks Summertime, it was worth staying!

We stopped here twice and both had the cocktail of the day, which at 5 euros each was pretty much a bargain.It's opposite the beach (and it's a section of their own private beach). You can see the monastery on the headland and fishing boats coming and going.Service is typically Greek so don't be in a rush, just soak up the relaxed lifestyle.

We went in here because of how many people were all ready dining and the varied menu. The service was good and friendly enough but without the personable experience you get in most Greek family restaurants. The saganaki is excellent as is the carbonara. I had the lamb chops which were plentiful and a lovely flavour though a little chewy and the mixed grill was good with especially good pork chop. The drinks are what you would expect though we ordered more they never came so decided to get the bill and leave. I would definitely visit again and we had a pleasant evening with fairly priced food and drink.

Great restaurant, a nice combination of traditional greek food with a home cooked delicious note and an elegant lounge bar feeling. Gorgeous view, great fish, romantic, yet perfect for families, because of the lovely play area. Classy decor and comfy seating. Very attentive and friendly staff. I would gladly come again any time.
