After a long-day at the Epoqu'Auto Show we wanted to have a quiet dinner near the Lyon Eurexpo. Apparently most of the restaurants are in the city, but that's a lot of driving. Anyway, long story short: there was hardly any restaurant open near our hotel. Lo and behold La Patte D'Ours, which welcomed us with open arms. Literally. Our waiter was kind, enthusiastic and helpful. The food was excellent, both the lamb and the duck were perfect. We also tried some desserts, which rounded up the experience.

I continue to be pleasantly surprised by the good quality of restaurants in less likely spots.After a warm welcome we chose an octopus starter and a beef tartare starter - both excellent. We both followed with magret de canard with side salads- again excellent. For dessert one tried the sorbets - very good.

At the end of a long day this was a move reprieve The service was excellent the food simple but well prepared and tasted excellent The wine selection was great and matched the food exactly I had the tuna with vegetables very good simple the ingredients were left to do the talking raged than any heavy sauces My only complaint the creme brûlée , there was no crack on the caramelised sugar top and average one reallyDear guest,Thank you very much for taking the time to share your experience with us. During a business trip in Lyon my French college showed me this lovely restaurant. The food was really good. Friendly staff and good atmosphere. There was no menu in English so my colleague had to translate since I unfortunately donât speak French. I absolutely recommend this restaurant.

As a rule, we do not usually eat at hotel restaurants when we have a choice. However, this one was recommended to us, and it was well worth it as we enjoyed a good meal in a friendly setting.

Our first meal on this trip to France and a very good choice! We were staying in the Best Western and decided to give the on-site restaurant a try. Both meals were cooked to perfection, one of the best meals I've had in a long time. Prices were not too bad by French standards!

What a find! We fell in love with this restaurant! Not touristy. Not too far from the airport, everything was fantastic and the price is reasonable. The decoration is modern, the service is impeccable and the food is not only well presented but the quantity is huge! Desserts are to die for.They are open on weekends which is rare in Lyon and surrounding suburbs. Better make reservations as it's always full!

Very nice local restaurant with perfect kitchen. We were a group of 6 and all of us had different plates. All of them were very nice. And of course, the desserts were very nice and tasty also. Price very reasonable, staff very friendly. Can recommend!
