Popped in for lunch and yet again had a beautifully cooked meal without fuss in a lovely restaurant. A well balanced meal - hot asparagus and cheese pie followed by beef with rice and a good glass of red. All efficiently and charmingly provided by the host, owner, chef.

A small restaurant with approximately 24-35 covers. The restaurant in this small pretty village is run by Carole (front of house) and Christophe who is the chef. They are a Belgian couple and Christophe has previously worked in Michelin star restaurants.
A delightful restaurant under the wisteria overlooked by the impressive fortress .Don't be fooled by the unpretentious nature of the 'cafe' , as the food was freshly prepared and pleasingly presented by our genial ,exuberant host.I had an excellent piece de boeuf and my wife had salmon en papillote washed down with an interesting wine .Good times !

Food perfectly fine (except crepes, see below) but the service was dreadful. We waited nearly an hour for food. We were told it was because they were busy but the restaurant was only half full. Waitress kept disappearing. Says it's a creperie but serves sweet crepes only which arrived eventually cold and congealed. Rest of menu fine.

Popular local eatery at lunchtime with a terrace in summer. Open every day. Buffet hors d'Åuvre as one of the starters. 3 different menus. Pudding buffet as well. Lamb chops sadly over cooked and dish under-seasoned. Very efficient waitress. Building is hideous from outside. Good views from restaurant terrace

My partner has a home nearby and we have been to eat dinner on 3 or 4 occasions this year. Beautifully presented and delicious at very reasonable prices. The restaurant is modern with old fashioned 30s design touches plus music to suit. I cannot recommend this highly enough. Apparently he's really busy at lunchtime when there is a 'formule' a well priced deal. Enjoy!

I had one of the best restaurant meals I have ever had at Le Royalty. The food was delicious, hot and beautifully presented. The service was very efficient and friendly and the restaurant itself is very attractive both inside and out. Plentiful parking right outside the door makes this a fabulous find. Well done Le Royalty

Nice décor, good food and a warm welcome. We found La Brasserie by chance while traveling. We were warmly welcomed and choose the "Menu" which turned out to be a nice surprise. Starter: delicious rillettes d'oie accompanied by a very generous serving of cornichons! We then had beef brochettes with vegetables or fries. The portions were generous; the service was attentive, without being pushy. Coffee at the end of an agreeable meal was delicious. If passing this way, we will return!
