We are a small, family owned restaurant based in the heart of Southport, just off Lord Street. We offer a contemporary cuisine, using only the finest ingredients, freshly prepared each day by our award-winning chefs.
I have just had a meal at Bistro21 in Southport and it has to have been one of the nicest meals I have had for a very long time.Everything about the restaurant was superb - the food, service, ambience, and staff were all outstanding and could not be faulted in any way.Anyone visiting Southport should visit this superb venue and I am sure they will have the same superb experience as me.

We visited Hampsonâs on Wednesday evening, there was an offer on (40% off) on an already reasonably priced menu. We chose many of the small plates to share and the food was really good. Our server Tristan was entertaining and the chef Ryan came out to speak to us too. Iâd highly recommend this place for an informal dinner!

Awarded Best Restaurant in Southport for the last 7 consecutive years by tripadvisor and 5 star rating on "scores on the doors" by Sefton council for the last 13 consecutive years. We are specialized in Turkish and Greek mezzes as well as Spanish Tapas. W
We ate here recently with friends for dinner. The restaurant is intimate and the host genial and friendly. We all ate the shared starting platter and all agreed it was delicious- in fact so much so that we had little room for what was to follow (too much lovely bread!) We chose three dishes from the main menu between two which was ample. I felt that the main courses, while tasty enough did not match the starters and each left me a little underwhelmed. It may be that it was my choices rather than the food at fault and I would certainly give the restaurant another try in future.

Small plates - Gluten free - Seafood - Speciality meats - vegetarian - wines by the glass - craft beers - cocktails - family run - owner managed
My husband and I have been here quite regularly since we moved around the corner. Every time the staff have been lovely and very attentive. We have been here for just drinks and and for food. The cauliflower is possibly the best dish I have ever had, gives Maray on Bold Street a run for it's money! The roast dinners are something special too. Must go on one of the nights they have live music next!

Situated in Sefton Village, just a few miles from Aintree racecourse, home of The Grand National, and 15 miles north of Liverpool, Grade II listed Ego at The Punchbowl is a must visit for itâs Mediterranean food, family friendly dining, local cask ales an
I think even rating this as terrible is overrated! Myself and my girlfriend visited this restaurant and I can only say it was absolutely horrendous, we ordered the tapas plate to share for starters which below average but the real horror was when we ordered our mains. The pan roasted chicken was bone dry with no taste to it at all and the lemon chicken milanese well was more than cremated and inedible. The staff here are excellent and couldn't be more helpful but the food should come with a health warning. The best part about the meal was leaving this so called restaurant! If you want a shocker of a meal then I'd recommend it otherwise stay well away from here!Hello there,Please could you forward your contact details to [email protected] with the date and time of your visit and the reference SEF0211 and one of our team will be in touch to discuss your review with you in more detail. Many thanks...

Had lunch today after a visit to Crosby Beach. Fantastic choice of food. I had sweet potato curry with chicken. Absolutely fantastic. 14.95 for 2 courses. Food cooked freshly. Lovely atmosphere and amazing friendly staff. Would definitely go again even though I live in North Wales

Here at So Salsa we are a family run tapas restaurant in the heart of Crosby village, 15 minutes North of Liverpool City Centre. We're not a traditional Spanish tapas restaurant, were you leave hungry. We sell small plates from all over the world, such as

The New Scarisbrick Arms Restaurant provides cuisine catering to the highest standards. We serve both traditional dishes as well as providing the experience of fresh culinary ideas in the stylish ambience of our eatery. Visit us and find out for yourself.
Just had the most appalling lunch, possibly pick the wrong menu judging by other reviews but we just wanted a light bite. We were served with the most tasteless WHITE sandwich as they didnât have any other bread. Tuna mayo was disgusting and bacon and lettuce but they had no bacon so we were given ham . Fries were uncooked beige sticks and the salad was lathered in SALAD CREAM . This is no reflection on the staff that served us as they were lovely but a review was needed so other Diners DO NOT PICK THE LUNCH MENU.

It is in the golf club and hotel and Spa facility
We came here as a party of 5 for an evening meal. Firstly, we ordered some drinks at the bar and found the bar staff were a bit unfriendly and took a while to get our drinks but were talking amongst each other. The staff that served in the restaurant, including the manager, were much more pleasant and approachable. The place itself was clean with modern decor and a stylish atmosphere but it got very loud! The food was well presented and came in a timely manner. We all enjoyed our meals, I personally had the ham hock to start and the risotto as a main which I thoroughly enjoyed. We ordered more drinks throughout the meal and our waitress had to chase them up as we were waiting a long time for them again. It is pricey but then it is a golf club and so you expect to pay more, However, although we enjoyed our meals you can have the same elsewhere for less money.
