What a nice little restaurant. Very comfortable and well decorated. The night we ate there, they had entertainment which was very good. Food was excellent and very reasonably priced. I love it when the bill comes and you say "that's all?". Worth a try.

The decor is very pretty and the service was excellent. We started with the cheese plate stacked with fantastic Portuguese cheese, olives and wafers. The special of the day was octopus stew which was described perfectly by our server. Three in our party ordered the special which was very tasty but is definitely for adventurous diners! The shrimp Mozambique was not as exciting as it sounded on the menu. Very nice wine selection and we enjoyed a very nice Vino Verdi. Definitely worth the dining experience if you are ever in Fall River.

Five us dined here (7/11) and we were all very happy with our choices. This restaurant should be rated much higher than it presently is. Food was awesome. Restaurant service was excellent and is very clean. We will certainly be back soon . My wife had the fish stew and it was loaded with seafood, two of us had portuguese steak and they were cooked perfectly , tender and delicious.

Okay Portuguese cuisine, pork and little neck plates, fish+chips, steak plates and sandwiches etc. Offers good service, one side offers casual dinning recommended for couple's, and is family-friendly. The other half is a bar setting with tables, would not recommend bar side for kids.

My family has been eating here for years and we even nicknamed it "Portuguese Heaven" because the food is excellent. Trust me, get there early as it fills up fast with locals and they do not take reservations. Food and service is always outstanding, over the years we have tried all their menu items and none disappoint. Bring a big appetite or get ready to get a take home box. I cannot say enough about this outstanding restaurant. My family is Portuguese and I hate to say it but this restaurant cooks better food than my mom!

Terra Nostra restaurant on Rodman Street in Fall River for a Celebration of true real estate service: Tony Gomes, Susan Suzanne St. John and Marion "Penny" T. teamed up with three brothers who did the American Dream: purchased a fixer-up property, made it into a fantastic, attractive residence, and sold it to thankful new owners. Lauretta & I LOVED this team and their family's, ate delicious food, and through this entire experience witnessed what great entrepreneurship is all about.

Great Portuguese restaurant! We went on a busy Friday night with the young ones and were seated quickly. Our server was amazing and knowledgeable and made great recommendations. The queso and toast along with the shrimp sauteed in butter and garlic were great starters. My wife had the pasta with scallops and shrimp and couldn't finish it. I had the traditional steak skewers with rice and potatoes and it was amazing. Our server noted the difference between the chicken nuggets (processed) vs chicken tenders (natural strips) for the kids. Glad we listened. Fantastic espresso and dessert, large wine list and decent beer selection. Will go back, for sure.

First off, we travelled from NH because athe Phantom Gourmet gave the pkace rave reviews, and being we were traveling to Fall River, it made sense to try it. We were seated immediately and ordered caldo Verde soup and Mozambique chicken wings. Our waitress was new, but the manager, Nancy was on top of it! Tbey both were personable. The wings were fantastic! Loads of garlic, paprika, buttery olive oil, and a touch of saffron. You have to try them for yourself! The Portuguese steak was tender and the gravy was very good, although I was surprised there seemed to be no wine in it. I would get the rice over the Portuguese potato chips and the garden salad was crisp and fresh. I recommend the balsamic dressing. No room for dessert. But, we did get hugs from Nancy on our way out. Typical Portuguese experience and felt like family.

Came here with friends after a movie. Known as a Portuguese restaurant but there is so much more. Family type atmosphere. Booths for couples and many tables as well. We went on a Thursday night and the place was packed. Food was excellent; fish choices and chicken parm were on the special menu. That menu is a dinner for 2 with a bottle of wine for under 30.00. Service was excellent. Only negative is parking and there is a lot of it nearby. You just have to be careful crossing streets. This place will definitely be seen by us again.

My wife and I ate at Sagres Portuguese Restaurant with another couple. The restaurant decor is upscale and atmosphere quiet enough to have a conversation during dinner. We ordered four entrees to share: paella (excellent), shrimp Mozambique (spicy and delicious), monkfish and shrimp (very good), veal marsala (outstanding). The portions are so large, that we took away two boxes of leftovers for future lunches. Our server was friendly and attentive.
