Pizzeria & Grill
Although it's a general Italian restaurant, Peri Village's signature dish has to be its pizzas.I enjoyed a Diavolo, with jalapeno peppers, spiced beef, onion and pepperoni on top - £10.45 for the 'classic' version. With the addition of a swirl of chilli oil, it was deliciously fiery. The pizza variety is impressive. My companion had the Caprini, which is a veggie pizza made with goat's cheese and spinach - and it was good too.The crusts are thin, the topping generous, and the overall meal filling. The Peri Village restaurant is pleasant, although it's a bit echoey and soulless inside. The food more than makes up for that. The loos are bizarre. Although there is a ground-floor disabled loo, everyone else has to go up a series of steps and ramps past the kitchen and on to the back emergency access. There's no lock on the outer door of the gents, so you have to hope nobody decides to throw open the door and expose your performance to public gaze. There is, however, a lock on the sit-down bit. All the same, it's strange.Friendly service, good chefs and filling (if dull and formulaic) puds.Well-priced wines. At around £20 for a decent bottle of red, the mark-up is nowhere near as outrageous as some establishments.A good community restaurant in this shopping parade.

I went here last Friday with my friends for a night of cocktails. I had the Aperol spritz which was lovely and my friends also enjoyed the lovely cocktails they had to offer. The food was delicious and the service was excellent and efficient would highly recommend and we will be returning.

Wine and Dine in style. Honoured to represent "Great Britain's Best Places." "The only Pub in the world on a racecourse." Delighted to be included in Sheik Mohammad's Diary.
Even though we were very late for lunch, they were still offering food and good service. The location on Epsom Racecourse is brilliant, with super views over the Downs. We both chose a salad, and each was delicious. Straightforward food done very well.My only criticism would be of the poor range of non-alcoholic drinks on offer, none of which featured on the wine or beer lists.I would definitely go there again.

Inspired by French cuisine and Parisienne bistro style. Cafe Rouge is your local bistro to enjoy delicious food and gorgeous glass of wine.
I often meet a friend at this branch of Cafe Rouge for an early supper and the food is always excellent. Tonight's Beef Bourginon was delicious. I've knocked off a point purely for the fact that the waiting staff looked seriously unhappy this evening, not one smile all evening. Such a shame.

Step through the door of this former 16th century Roman tavern to find a warm, vibrant restaurant featuring a rustic Italian cuisine with a contemporary twist. Tradition, family, perfection and warmth are just few of the ingredients that make our restaura
The food here, quite frankly, was a delight. We arrived on a quiet Sunday evening and were quickly seated in a corner. Service was quick, pleasant and polite. We ate mostly Italian dishes, although the menu included other cuisines. My word, the food was delicious! The portion sizes were just right. Between the four of us we ordered just two desserts; the apple pie and chocolate fudge cake, both excellent. The prices were good too: for four of us eating a main course each with two desserts and a bottle of Cab sav, the total, including service, came to a smidgen over £80.So a rare 5 star rating from me.Tip: the service charge was included in the bill.

Our 2nd visit to The Clink, the 1st time at High Down. Our waiter Lenroy was very attentive and provided excellent service, we guessed he was quite new and thought he had probably been a waiter for a few months, we later found out it was his 2nd week. The food was up to any top restaurant and cooked perfectly, stunning presentation and served with elegance. It would be hard to pick a favourite course, we would probably say the dessert edged it with perfectly cooked pastry. If the High Down staff pick this up please thank the whole team for a wonderful meal and a special thanks to Lenroy for front of house service
