Great value and delicious food. Similar to what you'd get in Portugal, Spain, Mediterranean. Been here loads. Consistently delicious, plenty of food and low cost. Meats are chargrilled.8oz Sirloin must actually be 10oz, as it's huge. Butterfly double chicken breast is great too. Both dishes around 17e each! Chicken pitta and skewered chicken are more great options. All dishes come with a side.Staff friendly and there's a relaxed atmosphere. Service is excellent.Thoroughly recommended. On balance, one of the best spots in Ireland.

I had breakfast here today and The Wilds is a fantastic cafe. The food is excellent and is well sourced. The service is very good albeit a little slow but I guess that’s because the food is being freshly cooked. While a little pricey the extra charges for local produce is worth it.

Stopped in here recently to grab first half Ireland game. Good buzz about the place early in the am. Service quite friendly, very nice coffee. We went for the egg/avocado and the veggie breakfast. Food was average though and whilst veggie breakfast was plentiful on the plate certain elements were below par. Veggie sausages were grey which is not the most appetising of colours. Fried potatoes were undercooked and need more oil. Generally should have beans with a fry as too dry otherwise. The hollandaise on the eggs dish was not right and the avacado over ripe. The restaurant is really well appointed and comfortable. There is tap water/Ice on the bar and free newspapers which is a big plus in my book but the food needs some more TLC. Has potential to be an excellent place if it tweaks a few things.

We were driving through Enniscorthy and spotted this place. Its very authentically Italian and we had a nice welcome. We both had two small bruschetta and for main course I had the chick pea vegan dish and my wife the arrabbiata. Both were very nice. My wife had two glasses of wine and I had a soft drink. I had an unusual pineapple based desert to finish, can't remember what it was called, but again very nice. The bill came to 72 Euro.Yes, the food is very good but for the portion size I consider it overpriced. One other slightly odd thing is that they let the dirty crockery and cutlery pile up on the counter and by the time we left there was quite a pile. We were sat by the window away from the counter, so for us not so much of an issue. Not sure I would have been happy sat next to it though. Seemed an odd thing to do.Dear sir, This wants to be a general apologetic reply to all who have written reviews about how small our portions are. The reason is due to our chef’s fine dining background, which took a few days to be adjusted. It happened between June and July when he was being trained in. But now he integrated very well with our normal standards. However, it would have been nice to mention it to your server. We would have done anything to keep all of the 3 of you happier (again, this reply wants to cover the other two reviewers that encountered the same experience in the same week. Again, apologise and we hope to welcome all you back.
