Great place modelled on a traditional French Bistro (part of a UK chain that manages to stay pretty true to the original.)Courtyard area outside is good in the summer, large indoor restaurant area with booths and freestanding tables.Always some monthly specials available and a good wine list too

First visit to Ciao but it definitely wonât the last. One of the best Italian meals Iâve had in a very long time. The portions are generous, our food was super tasty and the waiters very attentive, oh and all very reasonably priced.

Leonardos has quickly become our go-to favourite restaurant. The service from the older Italian waiter is always 5*s and he canât do enough to help you. Customisation of dishes is no problem at all and portions are great sizes and thereâs always a great variety of things to eat. The menu is labelled with any common dietary requirement, wheat, dairy, meat, etc which you just donât get else where and is really helpful. Would always recommend to friends, keep up the good work!

This restaurant is situated at the bottom of the town and could easily be missed, what a shame. From the friendly greeting to the thoughtful hints during the evening it was a lovely first visit.Although fairly quiet, as we went on a Monday, it still had a nice feelWe chose Calamari and Sardine (off special board), Monkfish Tagliatelle and Swordfish (off specials board), finished with Panecotta. Will go again.

We are a family run Modern European Tapas Restaurant, located in Cirencester. Where possible, we use as much local produce as possible from around the Cotswolds, and combine this with the best quality Spanish ingredients to create a truly authentic dining
We passed by in Cirencester for a day visit as itâs been a trip filled with pub food we wanted to have something different. We were so lucky to have found this place in Cirencester. They had a lunch menu that sounds absolutely delicious however we wanted to opt for more treats hence we went for the tapas menu.Waitress and staff were so helpful we selected 5 tapas dishes and they were nothing short of innovative, delicious and a fab surprise to both the eyes and mouth. They say feasting is for the eyes this has done both our eyes and palette were left wanting more fish after dish. From the chicken terrine that was so well prepared with lovely cuts of delicious chicken that you know comes from great local produce to the red prawn starter that has a unusual combination of variations of pineapples enriched by prawn head oil. Wow! This place is nothing short of morsels of deliciousness every mouthful brings us back to our trip to Spain but also the love of British produce. The fresh warm bread was such a fab little touch, the duck Spanish rice something original and the desserts. How the waitress described the brioche dessert Torrija was one of the best thing she has tasted - we can agree more! That chocolate rosemary mousse clean delicious flavors a fab ending to the meal thatâs light without feeling sickly. The techniques and creativity used by the chef are outstanding, The flair and the subtlety of how the food was prepared were to a very high standard. A chef that cooks with a passion and heart!A true gem in Cirencester we will just head back to the town just for the food too! Lovely restaurant that champions local ingredients and also vineyard (which was a great discovery too to know that the Costwolds have vineyards!)We canât wait to come back in our next trip! Thank you again for the amazing hospitality!

We recently visited for my birthday and could not have had a nicer lunch experience, we were greeted by friendly staff who seated us and made sure we had everything we needed at all times. We were particularly awkward about dessert but nothing was too much trouble and when mine came out it had been specially created for me with the words Happy Birthday. If you havenât been yet and youâre local you really must!!!
