Discover Restaurants offering the best European food in Craigavon, Northern Ireland, United Kingdom. Craigavon (/kreɪˈɡævən/ kray-GAV-ən; Irish: Creag Abhann) is a planned settlement in northern County Armagh, Northern Ireland. Its construction began in 1965 and it was named after Northern Ireland's first Prime Minister: James Craig, 1st Viscount Craigavon. It was intended to be the heart of a new linear city incorporating Lurgan and Portadown, but this plan was abandoned and less than half of the proposed work was done. Among locals today, "Craigavon" refers to the area between the two towns. It is built beside two artificial lakes and is made up of a large residential area (Brownlow), a second smaller one (Mandeville), plus a central area (Highfield) that includes a substantial shopping centre, a courthouse and the district council headquarters. The lakes, a wildlife haven, are surrounded by woodland with walking trails. There is also a watersports centre, petting zoo, golf course and ski slope in the area. In most of Craigavon, motor vehicles are completely separated from pedestrians, and roundabouts are used extensively.

An utterly faultless eating experience, staff were very accommodating, modest charges for such craftsman ship. Eating here is a educational, a chance to try tip top breads, well rested meats, moist fish, crisp pastry, an endless list of areas where others fail. Equal to the best European restaurants.
Have you tried Chico Pizzeria yet? There is lots to choose from on our menu.We serve the Best Kebab and pizza in Lurgan Town. Please give us a try.You won't regret it.We lead the way others follow!
Been eating out of here for the last few months and I only give reviews after I've sampled more than a few times.Their pizza base is very light and fluffy and their never scrimpy on their toppings which I love Went to two other pizza houses in town when out drinking lately as they'd better locations to me at the time and I'm sorry I didn't walk 3/4 mins down Victoria street to get a proper pizza that Lurgan folk deserve.Very cheap also.Would highly recommend!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We were very well looked after by the host who also explained the history of the building. We ordered whilst having cocktails and were invited to our table when the meal was ready to serve. The meal was a bit expensive, but excellent. I would love to go again, but our schedule does not permit.

Just visited Nandos at Rushmere Shopping Centre, Craigavon, with my wife for a quiet lunchtime meal. Overall, the food: breast of chicken on Bhatti Bread and Chips for me; Burger/salad meal for my wife. Result? The food was served hot, and well cooked in a clean eating space cubicle, BUT, the portions of chicken meat were SMALL to say the least! Come on, Nandos Craigavon! Don't skimp on the chicken! You are doing a good job in the other aspects of your eating experience provision - BUT, you must give the paying customer enough of your meat product, or they, like my wife and I, will go away DISSATISFIED AND STILL HUNGRY!

A warm welcome. New premises, new website, new look ... Same quality & service! At the Brasserie we're justifiably proud of our local supplier's network which enables us to create innovative menus where quite simply there's something for everyone. Our all
I'm giving this eating house five stars because of a combination of things. Food, service and ambience. I've never eaten here before and was a little trepidatious because it's on the same grounds as a petrol filling station. I needn't have worried, it's bright, airy, modern, pleasant and comfortable. There was an instantaneous meet and greet and the staff we encountered (all women) were extremely pleasant and attentive. The food itself wasn't five star but it was good; tasty and wholesome and well presented. I think it was worth what we paid. There is an "Early Bird" menu which we were able to take advantage of but the a la carte was reasonable too. We paid £13.95 each for an early bird which included a starter and main course. We also had two half pints of lager for £1.85 each and two latte's at £2.40 each bringing our total up to £36.40 for a satisfying dinner.Would we go back? That's a resounding yes.
Staff very friendly, place was very clean, food was very tasty and fresh. They make fantastic onion bhajis. Best i have tried in Ireland. All the food is made fresh on the premises too. delivery was quick. would defo reccomend this place. Open until very late too.

Visiting friends who took us here for an evening meal. While the decor is lovely and the staff efficient and friendly I am afraid the food did not match up. My wife's prawn cocktail was very basic with only lettuce and cucumber as a base for the prawns, and her duck had no vegetables served with it. My pork chop had one carrot and one parsnip. Any extra vegetables needed to be purchased as extras at £3.50 per portion! I was going to have a steak, but objected to paying £25.00 just for the steak - again any sauces/chips/potatoes etc. were £3.50 per portion. Having to go upstairs to the bar area to order our meal and then back down to the restaurant was a pain, and will cause considerable problems to the less able bodied.Overall this restaurant does not deserve the reputation it appears to have. It serves overpriced mediocre food - will not be back.

Great setting , friendly courteous staff , quick service , appetising choice for starter and dessert. Unfortunately roast beef quite chewy - a little more tender would make a great difference to main course.

A last minute outing with my husband. We both took advantage of the steak deal for £15 with all of the trimmings. Great quality food and great service. The only downside was no card machine for payment with no signs to let you know before you go in.
