What a lovely old world bistro/brasserie in a lovely quiet location. Don't expect haute cuisine here, but do expect friendly service and a lovely ambience. Flies are a bit of a nuisance (not sure why) so they may put you off but it's a lovely spot to watch the world go by over a coffee or beer.

We, Carlyse and Olivier have been established in this quant restored stone farm house with its exposed beams and open fire place since 2014. In appropriate weather, you can enjoy your gourmet meal in our flowered landscaped garden terrace. Our philosophy
This food was truly outstanding, especially the duck breast. This was an excellent meal at a reasonable price. The atmosphere is casual and friendly.

Chose this place to eat after cycling here along the voie verte,The pizza's were exceptional, loads of flavour and cooked traditionally, the norweign salade with fresh salmon was huge and tasty. service was good, although all in French, but being able to converse was not a problem.drinks were average priced and the toilets were very clean

Gourmet experience from beginning to end. We were seated at a beautiful table and served complimentary appetizers. We ordered a 3-course and 4-course dinner, respectively. The Foie Gras was excellent and clearly of high quality. The cod/langoustine quenelles were also cooked to perfection and wonderfully presented, and was my wifeâs tuna. My main meat course was pigeon, also prepared in a creative manner. Both mine and my wifeâs desserts were well balanced and wonderfully arranged. We a two nice half bottles of local wine, a white and a red, both nicely paired with the food. Service was absolutely impeccable and friendly, and the chef/owner came running after us when we left to thank us personally. Highly recommended.

Stayed in a village near here and was advised by the hotel owner to try this restaurant, Well we wrre not dissapointed, we had the set meal for 21 euro, main course I chose pancake with cheese ehich was a meal in its self, then I had the steak in brown Ale which I didnt like it tasted ad if they had put sugar instead of Salt, but the veggies were good. The desert was icecrean with Cream

At the gates of Sarlat, in the calm and tranquility, Dupéliac house offers a warm atmosphere with refined and elegant atmosphere invites you to a chic bistro atmosphere. A modern and attractive architecture, bright spaces and floral garden make this area
Maison Dupeliac sits near a roundabout on the outskirts of Sarlat but donât let that fool you. It is a very fine restaurant to rival anything that the more touristy establishments in the centre of town have to offer. We chose their 45 euro table dâhote menu that offered a starter, main course and dessert. Ravioli starter, filet de boeuf main and a strawberry dessert. All were beautifully presented and delicious. Our waiter was very helpful with the wine selection and couldnât have been more attentive. A top notch restaurant in a modern setting. Highly recommended.

We stayed local the whole trip and noticed this was within walking distance to soleil Plage campsite and la roseraie b&b. We arrived to warm greeting and wonderful view. Set menus available varying prices we went for the middle option and was not disappointed, â¬23 5 courses yum. Will look forward to going again next year we will be back. Great end to fab holiday.

The restaurant is very simple and is a family business : the mother is the chef , the two children attend wonderfully to the clients and the father takes care of the vegetables garden ,We had a plate of fresh vegetables from the garden to start and then the plat du jour ( plate of the day ) which was a lamb shoulder stuffed with herbs and various other things , again with asparagus and green peas and green beans .. Delicious home cooked food , like at home . Prices are very reasonable

My wife and I went in late July 2019 for an evening meal. The restaurant is beautiful. A lovely restored mile with interesting features. The meal was excellent. The beef, medium rare was wonderful. Staff were attentive but not intrusive. I highly recommend this place.
