Wonderful Caribbean food served in a lovely well presented restaurant and hotel in Canmore. This was our first time in the restaurant although we were with friends who were local to the area and had been before. We were not disappointed. Not perhaps an extensive menu (but still something for everyone) but what you did have was each plate being made to order. Great service with a smile. We hope to go back when next visiting Canmore in the future.

My daughter and I enjoyed a wonderful meal here during our visit to Canmore. We found the food to be beautifully presented, and so flavourful and fresh, with unique blends of flavours. A lovely culinary experience- accompanied by great service and spectacular mountain views from the patio. We are both plant based and the menu was entirely flexible to meet our needs, with many options, not just one or two items as is so often the case. Would definitely come back here next time- thank you!!!

A very simple bakery with excellent pastries and breads, all on display. It's very popular. We waited on a short line each time. Service moves along as most of it involves just plating, boxing or bagging the food items. Lattes, espressos, coffees, etc. take a little more time.Everything they had was excellent. Only four instead of a five rating because seating is tight and fills up and they do run out of things. A credit to their popularity, I guess!The store is located in a professional center that has ample parking. There's no doubt this place can either expand to a larger store, or open a second location. It's that good. Pro Tip - Get an order to go when heading to the Athabasca Glacier for the day. You will thank me later for having such a great lunch on hand instead of the awful stuff they serve at the park!

We went for our daughterâs birthday. She has done a lot of travelling and said this was reminiscent of her time in Spain. The food was delicious with international flavours, the staff was very friendly and the atmosphere lovely.
