Things to do in Brouwershaven
Arrived at apartment 24 to find a dirty smelly apartment with dog hair everywhere, on the pillows , floor and curtains, stains on the mattress ,the floor was dirty too , ornaments had a deep layer of dust with dog hair in it too it was simply disgusting, the whole apartment needed a deep clean , you could tell that it just gets a cursory quick clean for a quick turnaround but this isnât good enough goodness knows what cleaners theyâre hiring .I complained at the reception and we were moved to another but to be honest whilst it smelt a bit better and no pet hairs or smells could be found it still needed a real good clean as did the balcony , all these apartments need upgrading . Paid a service charge for bedlinen to be made up in the previous apartment so I was handed new sheets to put on my self , hardly my fault the apartment was dirty but hey Iâll do your job for you . Staff on reception were nice .Facilities were good ie the swimming pool and the football cage , never ate in the restaurant so cannot comment . If youâre looking for a fantastic pizza nearby get along to La Famiglia in Brouwershaven, fantastic pizzas with lovely staff .

Great food. Great service. Very friendly staff. Views were fab. Best coffee I had during my stay in Zeeland - and I tried a lot! Corazon burger was delicious.

We were there last sunday nice weather and took some lunch (main course). Plateservice "Sate with nasi" en "Piepkuiken" Food was nice, good taste and fresh. But the service took way to long. Food took more then 25 minutes and after dinner it took 20 min. before somebody came to take our plates. 3 persons working the terrace for 8 till 10 tables, 3 of them only drinks, so that was not the problem, but not organized. Its a shame, all together 1,5h for some lunch is to long for us. I hope the service will be faster

In het hartje van het dorp, met een zeer uitgebreide bier kaart, heerlijk eten met lokale produkten en seizoensprodukten
This is a nice eatery looking more like a brown cafe. But the service is really good, the food is more than decent, the prices are right and the beer list long. Atmosphere great.

It's what I would call a gastro pub.But the quality of the food and most especially the waitress who was so good and attentive to all the customers. The food was very good, well served, and the desert was so good. The wine was well priced. Overall a very nice surprise. One to remember!

We came there to try mussels menu advertised on the website of the restaurant. However it wasn't available. We ended up with gratin mussels as a starter which were good. The main dishes however were just ok, without any plus or minus. Average salmon and pasta. I was very surprised to see in my "pasta with gambas" lots of bacon. "Good I'm not a vegetarian" I thought. I saw some people taking steaks which looked really tasty and it might be worth trying if you're to visit this place.Wine choice is very limited and it's not easy to choose something decent.Service is fast and friendly.

Too expensive, sharing one little salat and one little bowl of patatoes for 6 people eating spare ribbs at 16 â¬/Person and nobody (not even the kids eaten an adult portion) felt ok with this plate, some spare ribs were half burned and the stuff seemed to avoid us as we got no bread and butter as others and drinks took a long time too. A little beer for 2,20 ⬠is kind of OK if the service is good. But this place seemed to have enough business now with Holland people so that they can treat german tourists as bad as us.There are many othe nice locations where food, service and prices are much better than at Jeanzz

This great 'snack bar' just off the diving spot serves homemade fries and other snack, all prepared with local ingredients. The owner is very environmental aware, resulting in small cans for sauces, to be filled by the customers to each individual's needs.Should you be in the area, make sure to pay a visit!
