Discover Restaurants offering the best European food in Brno, Moravia, Czech Republic. The charms of the Czech Republic's second-largest city may not be immediate, but spend a few days in this Moravian town and Brno's vibrant, authentic Czech ambiance will win you over. It's a fine way to experience Czech life without the teeming herds of tourists that visit Prague. Art Nouveau, Empire and Neoclassical buildings stand in the bar- and restaurant-packed old city center. Leafy parks abound. Be sure to get a photo with a local landmark, the suspiciously crocodilian Brno Dragon statue.

This must be know as a really good place for beer, as it was completely full on Sunday evening. It's clearly a beer place and the beer landed in form of me without ordering it 2 minutes after I found a place to sit. I heard that they have good meals that you can have with your beer, but I haven't try anything to eat, so maybe next time.

We were told this was a really good place to have dinner so we went twice. Twice because the first time we didn't manage.... and this is the reason why it loses one star. The first time it was packed. We enter, we understand it's going to be difficult but we have a look around anyway, just in case a table is close to leave soon. We are totally ignored by all the waiters for a good 10 minutes, while we were trying to just asked if it was possible to wait to be seated or we had to come back. The best answers we got to our "excuses me..." it's been "NO". So yeah, we leave. We come back after a couple of days and it's way betters. We seat where we want, because we keep on being ignored by the waiters. But we also have good food, typical Czech. We pay with by card and our waiter points out that the tip can be put on the card. Sorry man, you were not too bad but your "NO" colleague just went too far to leave any tip at all in this place. It's a bit pricy (the most expensive dinner in 5 days) but fairly worthy.

The Bistro is nice and relaxed. We had a Ceasar Salad & the Udon noodles both were fresh & tasty. With that we had 2 fresh made lemonades which were tasty as well. The Fans make it cool on a hot day. Prices are moderate. We payed around 20⬠for 2 Persons which is in my opinion a great deal We will come back

We offer diverse American classics lets the exceptional quality of raw materials, which we insist. For meat and meat products this philosophy begins at a local level, which is why we work closely with growers and suppliers to meat, fish and other raw mate
After visiting the nearby Tech Museum, stumbled upon this restaurant by chance. Was immediately seated even though the dining hall was near full. Waiter provided menus and took drink order while making a few recommendations. Waiter Immediately returned and took orders based on his recommendations. Food was excellent, service was great. Very pleased. Would recommend restaurant to any visitor looking for an American style menu.

Simple plain interior but offers an interesting menu and the food was quite good at a fair price. Near the city center so an easy walk.

I have to say that there is possible to find good lagers and the service is very fast - but you have to stand (which gives the name to the pub, of course) for prices which are a bit high compared to more comfortable restaurants nearby.

That was our last chance to have something for dinner on Sunday @ 8:30-9pm. Basic bistro with overpriced pizza and drinks. Friendly girl at the cashier Hello Assia, thank you for your feedback, we always appreciate our Customers spending time letting us know their opinions. We are glad you do appreciate the friendly staff as well as our opening hours even on Sundays - it is always important for us to make Customers feel well-served! Part of serving customers and their great experience also clearly is the quality of our food. We can assure you of the best ingredients we use in Amici which we do believe match the prices.BR Andrea, Amici

I wanted to try this café as I walk by almost every day, but I have never actually been there. I paid 170 crowns for one lemonade and one cake. Lemonade was made out of sparkling water without any syrup and with raspberries only and it was delicious. The cake was big, but too expensive (89 crowns for piece) and not good at all.
