Fondue at Home is proud to be the Vail Valley's gourmet fondue delivery service. Our private fondue chefs deliver a traditional Swiss fondue dinner complete with salad, cheese fondue, steak fondue chinoise and chocolate fondue right to your home or condo.
Highly recommended if you're staying in a condo. It's super convenient: they bring everything you need to you in a large plastic box, cook up the fondue sauce and broth if you're having it using their own pots, set up the dinner table using whatever plates and bowls you have, make sure everything is good to go, and leave you to it. All you have to do a at the end is put all their stuff back in the plastic box and throw your own plates in the dishwasher. They pick up the box the next morning. The fondue is excellent; I've made it many times but there's is about as good as I've ever had and better than I've made. For non-cheese lovers they do a very good steak which you finish off in tasty hot broth (they pre-cook it to rare for food safety reasons). Chocolate fondue was also delicious. Really a very fun alternative to trekking out to the expensive and often disappointing restaurants of Vail, or cooking, or going to the expense of hiring a chef).

Mirabelle is located in an old farmhouse at the bottom of the entrance road to Beaver Creek. It is a lovely setting --what I would call "country elegance". The menu features a good mix of meats and fish, all prepared with fresh local ingredients. At our most recent evening at Mirabelle, my wife and I rated the crab cake appetizer and creme brûlée among the best ever. The wine list provides a wide range of good choices, although in some cases not the vintages that I would prefer. All-in-all, we highly recommend Mirabelle.
