This is such a pretty restaurant in the prettiest of villages. We had a Ploughman's Lunch with delicious Cheddar cheese, something we have missed whilst we sat on the terrace. The English owners were friendly and helpful and we took away two mouth watering slices of home made lemond drizzle cake for later. Yummy.

Small restaurant, so make a reservation! Well worth it. The menu is small (3 starters, 3 main coarses (fish, meat, no vegetarion options), 3 desserts) but all well cooked and good tastes. For the kids they made simplified smaller dishes of the same main courses.Service was quick enough. Lovely dinner!

Didn't stay here, but drove to it from where we were staying in the hope of them still serving for a late dinner. Luckily they were and wow! Staff were great, not much english, but my school french got us by, The food was just amazing and great value. Nothing posh, just great food, deep flavours/sauces, fresh ingredients, well presented. Would definitely stay here and eat there again if back in the area,I am so sorry not being able to host you in english. Our staff has to improve their bases in English ... Hope next time you will find somebody fluent in English to help you . Thank you for your comment, it's a big help to improve .. Hope your trip in france was great.
