Small 25 seat restaurant off the beaten path of tourist areaOpen 4:00PM-11:00PMArrived 10:00PM to very gracious hosts, who were happy to accommodate us on a late Sunday evening for dinner. Wonderful dinner:- Insalata Mista- mixed green salad- Margherita Pizza- added Gorgonzola cheese & Italian Spicy Salami- Pasta Bolognese- Substituted spaghetti instead of rigatoni noodles - Dessert- Tiramisu- Italian cheesecake- Bottle of Montepulciano D'AbruzzoTraditional Neapolitan wood-fired Pizza oven. Pizza reminded me of my travels in Italy...dough perfectly cooked, quickly, and high heat temperature.Pasta was prepared nicely with authentic Bolognese meat sauce.Highly recommended for romantic dinner or families...

Turned up for lunch after visiting their wine outlet a few km away. They seemed like they haven't had a customer from months so I was afraid what might not be on the menu. I ordered a bottle of wine and when it didn't come out for 30 minutes we knew something was up. "Out of stock sir"..... it's a familiar sound in the Philippines. Our meals had already arrived so I asked him to bring something similar. He about out wine that was 4X the price. I sent it back and finally got him to offer something similarly priced. Two of us ordered horseradish. Instead they bought gravy and insisted it was horseradish sauce. After threatening to waterboard the waiter he finally produced the white stuff from a jar. They are total imbeciles. The restaurant is only for parties booked for weddings or birthdays by rich Filipinos. Don't go there....

After hearing great things about Rob's and having passed by many times heading to other restaurants my wife and I were excited to finally hit up Rob's. We were immediately impressed with the outdoor seating area, and inside it was festive with a billiards table, tables for drinking games and an enthusiastic crowd. We sat outside and after finally seeing a server 10 minutes later ordered 2 drinks saying we'd order our food when delivered. It took 20 minutes to get our drinks even though the place looked barely half full (10 p.m. on a Saturday night). My wife's chicken cordon bleu had nearly no cheese, ham or sauce of any kind inside and my burger was undersized, dry and sorely lacking in meat. The fries were adequate and while our replacement server was friendly it was hard to get the memory of the extremelely slow service out of our minds. It's in a great location and would fit right in the middle of any major party district of any major city. But the food was so subpar we might go back for drinks, but for similar pricing, better service and much better food we'll eat at the Swiss Chalet or Tequila's instead.

The steak are ok and below the average price in Angeles city. The place is not bad but could be slightly cleaner. The beer, which is handcrafted could be better and is not the main attraction here. At least for European standard. Probably worth a visit if you have nowhere better to go.

Visited for dinner on 1-13-2019. Ordered Chicken Parmigiana and the spaghetti noodles were served dry on a plate without sauce. I substituted rice and house salad to get a miserable amount of spaghetti noodles as a side dish. After politely asking for a small amount of marinara, I was told that they would charge me for an additional dinner because I would then be having Spaghetti bolognese. I refused and asked for the manager. The Pinoy supervisor came to the table in front of myself, spouse, and my mother-in-law and said he would take care of it in a curt, rude way as if we were bothering him. Mind you, we are the only ones in the restaurant. He then walked over to the pizza making area and scooped out a small bowl of ice cold marinara sauce and practically tossed in on the table, spilling some of it. He then said, I hope itâs ok that itâs cold as he walked away. Never again shall I return. There are much better choices in the area - Swiss Chalet, La Grande Residences, Tequila Reef. The food is decent there at Clarkton, but the service and front line supervisor make it a very disappointing experience. The owners or management need to watch more closely. The wait staff and supervisor just do not care about customers. Dear DwightJ325, thank you for letting us know about this and weâre sorry to hear that your experience was not of the quality you expected. Rest assured that all your grievances will be dealt with accordingly. I hope you'll give us another chance so you can get the excellent service that you deserve.

Went with friends.. Had a few beers and ate some snacksThis one faces walking street. One can sit on chairs in a line and watch people walking all around. Bar girls on the opposite side of the road keep looking, but thatâs OKCanât smoke when drinking. Most bars are such way. Had to go behind the bar and smoke

I've heard nothing but great things about this place, so I reserved a table online three weeks in advance. The food was absolutely delicious, beers ice cold and staff O'h so friendly. Four times I visited during my stay, Swiss Chalet thank you for the extra pounds.

Staying in the Prime Asia Hotel in Angeles, I was ready for great food but thought the picken's in the area were slim. We walked downstairs to the Piccolo Padre and God came to us. Chef Danilo (with his great staff) served a tremendous dinner of lamb, gnocchi, arugula and a fantastic red wine (and fantastic crusted bread). Though not inexpensive (and that was fine with me)....the food and service (and especially the bread) was a respite indeed. And...we needed this. A great place that I will venture to again as I can. Thank you Chef Dan and your great staff. Hope to see all again soon.
