First -waitress was not friendly at all, not smiling ,we ordered our meals, I asked for coke zero and was given normal coke so I asked again before I opened the can to be changed so waitress just pulled a face and changed it. I ordered a salad and Sandwich which came almost immediately, salad was nice but sandwich was not amazing, unfortunately my boyfriend waited nearly 30 minutes for his meal which is normally quite quick to prepare. When it finally came I had already finished with my meal so he ate alone. My boyfriend's meal did not match the picture on the menu. I tried to order some pancakes but waitress told me they are very slow to prepare and as we only had 20 minutes before we had to leave for the bus station we decided to give it a miss. While eating another table arrived and waitress just spent ages with them so trying to get the bill and pay was a pain, I had to go to look for the waitress inside the restaurant. Another very unpleasant thing is that there was a cat near the table, we have a problem sometimes in restaurants with cats watching you eat so I took some pictures of it and the waitress kicked it twice but it came back again, I told the waitress to leave it but she told me if she left it she will be told off by the manager. I was eating my sandwich and the waitress just grabbed the menu off our table and hit the cat with it so hard that the cat jumped over my feet and really scared me, I nearly chocked. Avoid this place, there is a lovely restaurant next to the bus station with lovely food and service -go there instead!
Here you can find good food, bulgarian dishes but mostly you can eat (itâs a must!) fish dishes. You can also buy fresh fish from their store nearby. The staff is friendly and almost all speak English language.Service is not so fast, must be improved but I strongly recommend this place for a quick stop on the road.

A typical little place with nice view. The interior is cozy and there is a beautiful terrace for the summer months. It was a rainy day and it was warm and cozy inside, something we appreciated a lot.The service was attentive enough.Traditional local cuisine:We had the soup of the day which was quite good, the pizza and the kebab were average, french-fries were better but out of all I liked the salad. With a coke and a bottle of water we paid 18.80 zloty for 2 persons. If you come to Koprivshitsa have in mind that most restaurants are closed by 7:30 pm in winter so better arrive earlier.

Traditional bulgarian food and reagional dishes.
After a full morning enjoying the local delights we adjourned here for refreshing fare. In the glorious sunshine we took seating in a shady area.We had lovely mains accompanied with a shared salad. With cool drinks all delicious.Staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. All this plus the great value made for an enjoyable interlude.

Out of the bread (Perlicka) with cheese, the home wine and the caciocaval-cheese , all was bad for Bulgarian meal. Disgusting the homemade sausage, full of spices and fat while the meat... the meat maybe went for a walk, because we couldn't taste. The waitress... while taking the order she turn around and left, later we could make it and, the result was: the dishes arrived without order; 3 of us could eat, while one still waiting; different meals come mixed in the same plate when the order was for different people and of course some of the ordered meal was forgotten. Well, disappointing, disappointing over the other Bulgarian restaurants that I have tried.

Having a Monday off as it was a bank holiday I took the train and went for lunch at the restaurant. It was late afternoon and there was no crowd so I had the chance to to choose a nice table with sun and quietness. Very good menu to choose from and variety of dishes. The traditional interior worth spending time for dinner in a group.

After arriving on the first train from Sofia followed by shuttle bus transfer, it was great to adjourn here for brekkie.Being a beautiful morning led us to outside seating. From the wide menu we had egg dishes including omelette with chicken, with coffee and cappuccino. All very tasty. The staff were welcoming and friendly. A great beginning to a new day in a new town.
