Extraordinary find, this working farm is absolutely perfect for children! They even have their own playroom indoors let alone a great outside play park and an animal park next door. (Not part of the farm) the rooms are very special the upstairs family rooms are beautifully decorated and are more like suites. All the rooms are individual and comfy. It has a restaurant and bar and it's a perfect place to go back to after a day exploring to put your feet up. It has that kind of relaxed feel. Family run and fab!

This restaurant is very well located on the road Veurne-Ieper, in Vleteren (Woesten) and it's very intimate inside, with a buffet corner, with a children playcorner, with a bar, and all the tables are spacely away from each other. The reception was kind, and so was the service after. We saw the opportunity of the fridaynight "buffet à volonté with scampi's and grilled ribs" and the young waiter came inviting us when it was ready for us. Just one remark: while inviting, he just posed our "Belgian frites" on our table -did that on every table so- and that made that when we came back from buffet our frites were already lukewarm. Just thanks that on our second turn to the buffet I took some marvellous ciabatta, so we didn't ask for new Belgian frites. The bill was very correct: 50 euros, included VAT and our Trappist beers (3). It will be nice to return because we saw different other dishes passing by, and it seemed that most customers return very often and are well known there, and that is an extra ! Continue like this !

This is a very good restaurant with a varied menu. Service is friendly and timely. We had terrific beer, wine was not expensive and of good quality. Portions are large. We had steaks which were of excellent quality and value. Soup and prawn croquets as starters were excellent. Well worth travelling away from Ypres. Highly recommended.

We had a quick & late dinner at this place, which was close to our B&B, after a visiting tour of the area. They offer a good choice of "plus-size" snacks such as (Belgian-style) spaghetti bolognese, croque monsieur, pasta of the day/week etc. The portions are pretty big but tasty, and there is a vast array of not too expensive beers to accompany them. Rather cosy too.

This was the second time we ended up in Poperinge (first time being three years ago), looking for a place to have dinner. Second time we choose Passage instead of the many restaurants at the big market place. But i'm suspicious about those more touristic restaurants. Anyway we knew that Passage have the advantage of having a rather large garden.Dinner is served there on sunny summer evenings.I had the daily special which was the traditional mussels and fries, and my husband had fried gamba shrimps.Both dishes where very tasty and served with a smile.But above all i liked the summer atmosphere at the terrace in the garden.

Wonderful restaurant with lovely views and of course Great beers. Generous portion sizes and delicious sharing boards. But the staff serving us did not make us feel welcome and werenât particularly friendly which was disappointing. I was left standing at the bar waiting to pay while they seemingly ignored me until it suited them. Upon leaving our waited refused to even look at us. Having said that I would still return. Ensure you have a table with a view as itâs delightful.
