We came here for an early dinner right after the Molen Van Sloten tour and museum closed for the day. We were looking for Dutch cuisine and were not disappointed. The portions were generous and the service was very pleasant. Our waiter explained the various offerings since the menu was in Dutch, and our understanding is extremely limited. Our pork was juicy and tender although the gravy was a bit thick and sweet for my taste. It was fun to try the Dutch alternative of mayonnaise on fries instead of catsup, but I will continue to eat mine without either!

There was very little else to choose from in the area for breakfast so we were glad we found this place. The small omelette is good value and they do lovely bread and cakes. The decor is rather quaint and there is old middle of the road classic music in the background, The have a few outside seats and the staff are very nice so its well worth going for breakfast.

A bit akward this restaurant/bar/lounge set-up with a small menu to choose from. Staff/owner is pleasant enough but not always paying attention. Food decent although some portions could be larger and not be smothered in salads.Beste Werdler,Dank je voor je bezoek en reactie. Very aesthetic, lovely decor and beautifully presented food. Really inventive menu, food is clearly well sourced and even the tea is given in the cutest envelope. The only thing I would say is that the Pink Pop juice was a bit disappointing as there was more berries than watermelon and it wasn't pink.

Nice house (little like Martin Berasategui) on lake shore (although no view, at least inside â there is a terrace too). Beautiful interior design. 6 course chefâs menu and a la carte. Everything was good in the menu. Good service, smooth pace â not too quick but not too slow either. Iâve visited many Amsterdam Michelin starred, and so far this is a clear winner.

I was privileged to eat lunch in this restaurant for 4 consequent days. The food items were delicious as per dutch standard. Considering our Indian Origin they served at least rice item and chicken curry. The most memorable item of this restaurant was Salmon it was out of the world. The restaurant has good view of front road. All the non vegetarian items were ultimate. The Pastries or other sweet items were also unique. I enjoyed all the lunch and hope to visit here again.Thank you very much for your compliments! It's very nice to hear that you enjoyed our lunch offerings for 4 consequent days. I had dinner here whilst staying at the nearby Ramada airport hotel. The restaurant ambience was pleasant if slightly reverberant. The service was good and very welcoming ( I interacted with a number of staff all of whom were very friendly). Both courses I had (crab soup and schnitzel) were very good. I also had a half bottle of Fleurie which was good if overpriced. Overall a good experience although expensive by UK standards outside of London. We turned up here for a meal without booking. The people here were good enough to accommodate us and we were pleased they did. This is perfectly located restaurant with special atmosphere. Food is a bit assorted and not big offer but you can for sure find something you like. Staff was willing to explain food and drinks. We tried local fish, home made pasta and peking duck. All perfect. We tried also special varieties of jenever gin. Really tasteful.
