At first we thought customer service wasn't going to be great but after further seeing we realized they were just really focused on getting everybody in and getting their food. We did not get asked if we would like refills. She checked our table one time. Our food was great. The cherry shakes were awesome. we would go back.

The cafe is always crowded and will only seat you when your entire party is present. Can't say I blame them. Only waited a few minutes. Breakfast and lunch spot. Definitely a favorite with the locals. Coffee is always flowing and food is solid.

My brother and I stopped in for a weekday breakfast. The service was fine, the place was clean; a little retro, but not in a bad way. Our breakfast was good, but nothing stood out as exceptional. My home fries were just okay, my brother's hash browns were better. Solid breakfast, but nothing over the moon.

This is what I would expect for a diner. The waitresses were very pleasant and helpful, answering questions about the menu items and chatting with us about where we were from. The menu has a lot of options so you will likely find something you want. In "diner style" I asked what the "daily hamburger special" was and it was a "Deluxe Cheesburger". Then I asked "What makes it 'deluxe'?" and the waitress yelled back to the cook, "hey Joe (probably not the name, I forget what it was) what makes it deluxe?!" It was funny. The point is, the atmosphere is low-key and nothing fancy. The food was done very well and tasted quite good.It is a good choice for a meal - check it out!
