A bit disappointed because this was rated number one breakfast place in Whittier and expectations were high. Had a nice 60s vibe and I think much of the restaurant original to that period or before. Great service and a very wide variety menu. Coffee was fine and hash browns were tasty. Blueberry pancakes were pretty awful though. Not fluffy and not sure where blueberries were from. Eggs Benedict just okay and I am guessing hollandaise sauce from a can. I asked about corned beef hash and found out it was canned. I wonât go here again but if you do I would stick to basics like bacon and eggs or maybe French toast. Would not expect anything fresh or clean here. Seems like a lot of other people like this place but not us.

Tried a few other but they were closed or closing. Rocky Cola Cafe was still opened and gained our custom. Turned out to be great. Steak meal â¬14.99 and it was lovely and a Copper Ridge Cabernet Sauvignon for $10.99 a bottle. Classy 60âs style dinner and you can select the music from your booth. Iâm glad I went in here.

Red and white decor fits right into Valentine's Day. During the month of February if you receive their emails, the special is buy one milkshake, get one free. The hamburger combo is consistently good, cinnamon French toast was delicious and the chocolate raspberry shake yummy!

I came here with my family 3 days ago and ordered sirloin steak and eggs for 8.99 and the steak was not a sirloin. Guess they can get away with that here in California from what I hear. Wasn't bad over all good flavor. Coffee was old waitress replaced for all of us. Today we went again a 45 minute wait and this time a lot of bad service. Our server Rafael assumed it was ok not telling my mom they were out of avocado. She specifically ordered her plate because of it. When it didn't come she asked where's the avocado and he said they have been out of it for some time. Hmmmm Next my plate as you can see in photo my eggs looked like they were cooked in old grease and my sausage patty was completely burned and my entire plate was greasy. My sisters plate was also greasy and her eggs were burnt. My daughter ordered cheese sticks only and they came out 5 min after our food. The waiter looked as if though it was his first day based on his performance. Didn't check on us. I left a tip because there was 6 of us and the minimum. I think my family is over Norms. Not as clean as it should be either. Sticky table. We apologize for the poor service you experienced during your last visit.
