Breakfast for both days we were in the area. Comfortable locally owned and operated. Felt like a good family operation. All in our group found something to their liking and were very pleased.

After getting off work early in time to go out for lunch, I decided to give this place a try based on recommendations of several colleagues. To be honest, I just don't get what they see in this place. The food was OK but far from great. I wanted to start with a cup of soup. According to the menu, potato and chicken noodle are offered every day along with the soup of the day. However, when I was ordering I was told that there were 3 different soups available, none of which were on the menu, and none of which appealed to me. I decided to order a sandwich which, again according to the menu, was supposed to come with choice of bread. However, I was not asked what kind of bread I wanted. Apparently choice of bread means the server's choice, not the customer's. If I ever go back it won't be any time soon. There are too many other better options which are not far away.

We loved this restaurant when it first opened and was our go to place when craving steaks in the Uniontown area even though never busy because staff was slow. We went a few months ago and were sadly disappointed. When placing our order for 4 steaks for a family of 4, we were told that it was a new process that you cook your own steak on a rock?! Sorry that is not something that interested us - if I wanted to cook my own steaks then I would have just stayed home and did this. We haven't gone back since.
