We have figured out a way to extend the weekend all week! We offer brunch 7 days a week and feature some of the areas best pastries and locally roasted coffee. Our food is created featuring as much local farms and producers. We cook simple comfort foods f
A friend of ours recommended this place. We had brunch and ordered Yardburger (12.99), Breakfast Poutine (11,99) and Yards Cubano (12,99). Coffe or iced tea (2.99) Food was ok, served in large portions, so we were full. A little pricy for me based on quality. I thought that with the price range, the food may have tasted really great, but that may have something to do more with the location of the place rather than the quality of their food. I also noticed that they charge kitchen benefits (4%) that I did not know of until after I looked at my final receipt. We (4 of us) left a generous tip too. So I don't know what the kitchen benefits was all about. One experience was enough for me to try this place.

Great food. Breakfast today was awesome. Perfect over medium eggs. Nice thick smoky bacon cooked through whiteout being too crisp. Light fluffy biscuits. Wife had nicely flavored waffle. Good coffee. Very good service and reasonable prices. Love the ambience. Like a step back in time when things were simpler.

Loved this place - old school diner with menu to match. Super quick service & delicious food. We were sorry we didn't have chance to come back and try it again.

Busy, small restaurant but worth the tight fit. Food is delicious and large portions. There were four of us so we had a good sampling of the breakfast menu. We all agreed, the food is very good. I had a California Benedict but since I don't care for sliced turkey, they nicely substituted sausage for the turkey. The Benedict sauce was quite tasty. It came with hashbrowns as well so there was plenty of food. The waffles were good too. Come hungry! We didn't sample the fresh squeezed orange juice but there it was, all those lovely oranges ready to be squeezed fresh for your order.

You can tell within minutes that the locals like this place. Several were called by name and even had their order waiting for them on their arrival. Seating is very limited. Parking is available in the back. Food selection the typical for a small diner, but had great taste and cooked to order. Definitely will be back.

Everyone raves about this place, and it's true! The food here is top notch and the service can't be beat, either. The wait staff hustles like few places we've ever been and they always manage to get it all done with a smile. The meals were great, with large portions and quick turn around from order time to delivery of the food. Try Frank's if you never have. You'll be glad you did!

My partner and I stopped by Satellite Diner on our walk back to our hotel. It does have some age on it - seeing some other reviews - you need to reset your expectations. My partner had the BLT with a side salad - not the best she has ever had but serviceable. It is described as "We Grill ours, on thick egg bread". $9.95. I had the Patty Melt with a substitute veggie burger. Described as "A hamburger patty smothered with sautéed onion and Swiss cheese on marbled rye.". $10.95. Add a soft drink - bill with tax before tip was $25.95US.Recommend.

Frank's is an institution in Spokane. Set in an actual train car, this charming diner serves up the best breakfast, lunch and dinner. Homestyle cooking and great comfort food. Crowds can be large, especially on Weekends for breakfast. My go-to at Franks has always been a ham and cheese omelet. The omelets are done on the grill, thin and delicious. (half size available and all I can manage) I am now eating gluten free and they have been very accommodating, but I would not say they have a gluten free kitchen... plenty of bread and biscuits being slung. They have a second location on the north side that is equally great! Frank's is also available via Uber eats and they happily will prepare food to go as well.
