This cafe was suggested by a friend we were visiting and it did not disappoint. Cute diner atmosphere and oldies music. Service was prompt and friendly. The menu was EXTENSIVE! Cakes and pies, in display cases, were out of this world. Servings were large and delicious. Restrooms clean. Enjoy!

Visited Lillie Mae's for breakfast as we had heard rave reviews about their biscuits and gravy, it did not disappoint. Be prepared for a wait, especially if your visiting on a Saturday morning, we waited about 30 minutes. It 's not fancy, it is a local's place and lot's of regulars but we were there for breakfast. Suffice to say the biscuits and gravy were very good along with two fried eggs and sausage patties and coffee for $4.95 it was a true bargain. Service was very good and friendly. If your looking for true Southern hospitality and down home cooking you've arrived at the right spot. We'll be back!
