We stopped in at the Saline Inn for s mid-morning breakfast. They were very busy but we got a table immediately. We were waited on immediately, order taken quickly, food delivered fast. All very good. All of the wait staff seemed pleasant and all were non-stop. Nice place.

There are a few diners on Michigan Ave in Saline and this one is by far the best! I wish I had discovered it a long time ago. There is plenty of light inside this simple place with its comfortable booths and friendly, welcoming atmosphere. The waitstaff were great - service with a smile!! The customers were a mix of seniors and younger folks, some with kids. This place is suitable for all and the menu is huge. There are many healthy choices including egg white omelets. The food was delicious and the coffee refills kept on coming. The prices are very reasonable, especially if you are able to order from the senior menu which was great value. I plan to return in the near future.

The restaurant is situated on a strip mall and has diner-style basic decor. The menu is extensive with breakfast items served anytime. The breakfast specials, which are very reasonably priced, are served only on weekdays 6 am to 11 am. Other items on the menu include sandwiches, burgers, Coney dogs, gyros, pitas, wraps and more. My friend ordered a gyro sandwich and pronounced it very good. She enjoyed her iced tea which was freshly brewed and not from a mix. I had a good cup of brewed coffee and the "small" Greek salad which turned out to be a full meal size, with generous amounts of feta cheese and a pita on the side. Our server was very pleasant and friendly though a little inattentive, and we had to wave her down for coffee refills. The total bill was a very reasonable $15.
