It is the site of Quechee Gorge on the Ottauquechee River and is also the home to the Quechee Lakes planned community initiated in the late 1960s, which also brought to the community the small Quechee Lakes Ski Area in the 1970s.

Friends staying nearby met us for breakfast here and we really had a good time and wonderful meal. Karen, our server, did a great job answering questions and taking care of us. Breakfast burrito was very good and some went home for another meal later. The Mediterranean omelette was also good. We have been here before and always have liked the layout, decor and light airy feel to the dining car.

I love trying new diners. This one was recommended by some friends who live nearby, and it didnât disappoint. Big clean diner with outdoor seating. Nicely decorated. Friendly staff, and most importantly, delicious food. I had the corned beef has omelette. Nothing out of a can here. This was homemade hash and it was delicious.

Usually have breakfast here but had to be in WRJ in the afternoon. So we gave lunch a try. It was good enough and the portions are very generous and prices are reasonable. But they used diced tomato on my club sandwich which made eating it a challenge. My husband said his Reuben was good and he has pretty high standards. They serve breakfast all day do I think Iâll stick with that.
