Looking for somewhere for breakfast whilst camping and this place popped up. We visited as they allow dogs inside, but I checked with staff before entering. We found the staff to be polite and pleasant throughout our time there, they even gave the dog some food but asked us first before doing so. Three of us had a proper fry up of varying size and one had a sandwich. It was clear it had been made to order and was good value for money in my eyes. Service was prompt and polite, upon paying I felt that my custom was welcome. It may not be the most glamorous of places, but its a proper road side cafe used by locals, workers and tourists. It was refreshing to go somewhere that was not a clone of other places. I will go back when in Cornwall again.

We are a 16th century pub serving delicious home cooked food for all! We offer a large vegan and gluten free as well as our georgous fish and meat dishes! Come and join us for a delicious sunday roast, lunch, dinner or a cracking cream tea!
First visit to Cornwall in a good few years and dropped in here after a midweek visit to the Eden Project. Exceptional. Warm and human and dog friendly welcome, great beer choice, unrivalled (in my experience) Vegetarian and Vegan Options. Generous portions...... just excellent. The Fidgit Pie alone is worth another 500 mile round trip. Delay not.
