Great service! I stopped here a week after the tornado came thru. This Waffle House was such a great atmosphere, it was a morale booster for all who came here to eat. At this restaurant, enthusiasm and friendliness was at its peak. My steak dinner was fantastic. Super cool servers, especially the girl who just got her GED, I think her name was Malasia. She is tremendous.

I base my reviews mainly on "would I go back". Unfortunately, me and my wife wouldn't go back here. We thought the found would be really authentic (from the look of the place) but it turns out that the hot dogs and buns look like they were bought from Walmart. The chili was thin (which is not to say that's bad) but the taste was not to either of our liking. I also had the hamburger, which was a very very thin burger. It could have possibly been good but the onions stood out to much on the burger (I eat onions on everything, but these tasted really bad) which ruined the burger for me.

One time my order was off and they gave me free meals to make up for it. I eat there frequently and am almost always very pleased. The food is fresh and tasty. The service is quick and the servers are friendly. My favorites are the French dip sandwich and harvest chicken salad sandwich. Be sure to try the chicken and dumpling soup. It tastes like your grandmas.

Wow am I full had the Hardy breakfast named after Hardy Street. Two mouthwatering huge pancakes, scrambled eggs, bacon and coffee it was all so good. Pancakes are some of the best I have eaten and the maple syrup made them even better. It took two plates to corral all this food. Game day or on a road trip this is your Hattiesburg breakfast place right across from campus.

The food was hot and served fast.It was 1am with no customers.This place is not exactly clean.You can tell with the utensils and plates the tables and floor..The place needs a real scrub down in my opinion.
